Finland should not have joined NATO, but I understand them. They have been invaded by Russia in recent memories, their land annexed (Karelia and Vyborg), and under threat of being nuked.

Finland has one of the largest nuclear underground bunkers, and would you blame them? If you live close to a giant, you have to be very careful. But joining Nato is a transition from true independence (neutrality) to becoming American lapdog. Anyways they made their decision, let them live with it.
