As far as I am concerned, managers losing the dressing room happens almost as frequently as managers getting hired.

While it should be a concerning metric, I don't think it should a metric with which to NOT hire a manager.

Apart from Sir Alex, Wenger and maybe Pep, you will struggle to name a manager who has managed for a decent number of years, and this has not happened to within the last 3 decades. So I don't understand why this keeps coming up.

This is why I am not troubled by Nagelsmann. Plus in my own unpopular zone, I am always biased towards a seriously tactical manager who is willing to play a back 3. Nagelsmann also brings the high-octane, insane pressing, style and domination football to his back 3 set-up.

So for me, it's Nagelsmann, then Amorim. And then the back four managers Pochettino and Enrique in that order .
