Abuja is called center of unity for a reason , Abuja is Nigeria,if you can't get less than 25 percentage in Abuja , you cannot sit in Abuja and rule Nigeria because Abuja is Nigeria tinubu is gone, no two ways about that |

A country with a working system would easily know that Labour Party won the election. Why are people not talking about PDP that filled the same law suit as labour party against APC . The answer is clear. Labour Party won that is why. 1 Like |

maivd: Please, no election was rigged by anyone. The election was free and fair so bury this thought of rigged election. For your information, Obi made it easy for Jagaban to win the election.Assuming Obi and Atiku worked together, they will defeat Jagaban with large margin. Do you think without the fairness and credibility of the process , Obi can defeat Jagaban in Lagos ? Before now politicians write results and votes never count. Northern votes helped Jagaban to win the election. Unlike Obi that didn't get enough votes from there. We thank him for contesting...Know this and have peace I still think that in Nigeria, we must learn to walk away and say I’ll need to fight another day. 5 Likes |

We know how certain people work in Nigeria... They pay oodles of money to certain elements and get them to come on the media to drive a narrative... We are not getting distracted knowing that it comes with the territory... |

YorubaNiBaba: Asking if getting 25% in Abuja makes any sense is what i do not get, overtime this thing that " doesn't make sense" according to them has been in the constitution without proper interpretation and for selfish interest of any Northern candidate, and now it has come to bite them in the arse, after now you can remove it from the constitution, but for now it is there and we must abide by it. Because if that that clause is not of significant value, that is if you do not have to win 25% in Abuja, then there would be no need of inclusion of that clause in the constitution. if what i have said doesn't make sense to you, then it simply means you need help 1 Like |

Akwamkpuruamu: Not every common sense makes logical and legal sense. What could make Abuja have any special preference over other states in election matters? It does not enjoy the privileges of other states? Does Abuja have a seat in the governor’s forum? So long as Washington and or any capital in the world is not a must win state for any Presidential election, then ours can never be different. As for the constitutional requirement; 36 states and FCT is a matter of semantics. What it simply states is that FCT should not be ignored when aggregating the 25% win requirement of 36 states of Nigeria, i.e so long as any candidate wins 25% of states in Nigeria and or FCT can be included to make up the 25% in case there is shortfall in the 36 states. 3 Likes |

I believe this man has collected a Ghana must go bag, sometimes when some SAN's talk you begin to question their certificates . We're no longer in the era of 1950 SANs ,in this our era we know the right from the wrong and we know what the law states. |

His judgement on the matter of Abuja and 25% can't even be understood, it's like he was hallucination. An old SAN on contempt of court. nairalanda1:It was over rigged niyen because Yoruba people backed their son yet Mr Obi got some votes in Yorubaland. Even GEJ got very significant votes with Buhari in the North that same 2015 but not in Igboland where only you 'love' your son to the extent of massively rigging for him and alloting zero votes to leading candidates from North and SW. Any parent who cheats for his or her child is destroying the future of that child. That rigging is now an albatross against Igbo Senators who desire to contest for the Senate Presidency. You can not cheat others all the time sir. 4 Likes |

YorubaNiBaba: I watch this man's interviews and I release that he doesn't call out evil, he is always using the medium to solicit for patronage. He is one of those elements that set the bar of selling the truth of law to the highest bidders or being economical with the truth, being mischievous with facts that influences public opinion for selfish gains. It is bad to see people who should be elder statesmen, who should speak truth to powers that be or try to correct the ills of the society at their old age still being mischievous and untruthful. Anyways, those are his opinions....he has rights to it....let the courts decide in truth. 1 Like |

AFRICANJAMAICA: Bold. Old men like this Lawyer Clark killed Nigeria. He is not giving up on the burial of Nigeria. The framers of the constitution had in mind that an aspiring president of Nigeria who is also to administer Abuja must have the approval of Abuja voters with at least 25% of Abuja voters. Old man like this Clark should have known that. 1 Like |

Seeing an "Obidient" calmly making points based on reason and objective facts is as likely to happen as seeing a dog wearing a suit and walking on two legs while smoking a pipe. The closest thing that passes for logic amongst "Obidients" seems to be to simply repeat the same lies over and over, no matter how many times their falsehood is pointed out (the clown whose comment is just before mine exemplifies everything I've just said here). 2 Likes |
