Cainiao is like cheaper version of standard shipping, for the things I buy Cainiao is usually 0.63 cents but it's self pick up at speedaf office.

Sunyou takes almost 2 months to arrive at NIPOST

Is there any nipost support number someone fit call. My item has been with them since 18th. I don check post office taya.

I received my two packages when it got updated to "Arrived at facility".

I got a call from NIPOST to come pick it up.

I still prefer Sunyou to Cainaio global for special goods. At least with Sunyou, items gets to you at the end.

I still have my two items trapped with Cainaio for over 4 months.

Not always. Some sellers will reduce product cost and add to shipping fee. It's possible to pay for shipping but still Sunyun.

I Funded my Dollar Virtual card with them but all payment transactions were declined with 'Insufficient Funds' response, despite having more that enough balance. So I asked them to refund my money after waiting 1 week for a solution, but they started dribbling me and playing dumb. Now the $500 I wanted to use for phone purchase on AliExpress is in Limbo. Even Transactions of $10 would not go through.

Today, after almost 2 weeks of back and forth with their support, the same person that has been responding to me just sent me a mail that he has forgotten my complaint, that I should refresh his memory and describe the problem I am having afresh. This looks so unreal.

How I wish I had known of Klasha earlier. They appear to be honest and reliable(at least for now).

Drag them on Twitter with screenshot evidences etc, and your money will come out. That amount is not small in this economy.

Those guys are scammers
Fraudsters,
They are nothing but criminals,
There platform is a source to dupe unsuspectin customers,
I advice everyon to steer clear of them.
They work hand in hand with fraudsters on twitter,sharing phishing links which they claim they know nothing about.

Yh, maybe he just got greedy like you said, what i saw on heading under track order was 'seller's shipping method' whereas before i made a payment, what i saw was Aliexpress Standard Shipping, no worries, the goods will arrive in good condition, i hope & pray!

Other orders came through speedaf. This particular parcel got stuck on the 18th of March. Now I'm worried as to if the package has reached Nipost office in ibadan. I've tried contacting Nipost via the numbers on their site but none of them are going through. Pls help me on what to do.

Destination of the package? Your package is in 9ja but the last mile will be the determinant (state and whether its a transit location or not).

Lagos to Jalingo takes about 14days. Maybe that'd help you calculate yours!
