Anambra leads in Drug trafficking, Baby making factories, and Agberoism

I am sincerely praying Tinubu pulls us out of it

Until then, someone has promised to pull the North out of poverty.

You can either counter his statement with facts, or go home angry!

Maybe those killed in the act of drug trafficking in Asian countries are rich too, or the ones swearing an oath before jetting to Italy as prostitutes are all rich, how about the ones in baby factory producing bastards for sale?

Is the North the poorest region by a mile in this country or not?

I've been impressed by Akwa Ibom since the days of Akpabio. Your State has made progress on so many fronts. Hope governor 'happy hour' can build on the successes of his predecessors.

All the governors really have to rollup their sleeves and work to resolve the country's many problems especially in their respective states.

Lagos that is relatively better than most states was still ranked as one of the worst cities to live in globally, Rivers despite its numerous flyovers couldn't even attract $1 foreign investment last year, Despite El-Rufai's best efforts Kaduna still lags behind on many development indices.

For Nigeria to make significant progress at least 2/3 of all governors will need to pull their weight.

DissTroy:

I posted yesterday top 10 states with FDI. Highlighted Akwa Ibom then went on to expatiate on our strong points. I didn't even mention other states asides the ones on the FDI index. Well, not today or in the last 2 days.

Guess who got triggered to go off about Akwa Ibom?

Brag about your states. Counter me. Let's all brag about our states of origin instead of focusing on the FGN and Lagos. But, no, you'd attack Lagos while your places go to shit. I don't care about how Lagos is typically governed because mine is of more priority on a personal level.

If you attack first, you don't get to make the rules of engagement.

Again, last I checked, Akwa Ibom tops on so many developmental indices. Infrastructure, EoDI, FDI, security, peace, and more. They can't match these.
We protect investors and investments, while they from other places kidnap them. I have given several examples. Who wants to live in unsafe, partly dirty, and insecure places?

Yes, I'd keep going on about it. I'd proudly point out what little contributions individuals like myself and others at higher levels are doing to make the state better.
If they feel intimidated by Akwa Ibom or me point it out, they should brag about theirs. I'm not going to stop doing it to make them feel better about the story states of their places of origin. Not here, on Facebook, or in person.

No apologies. smiley

Poverty is everywhere, but He said he will pull the North out of it.

Let another person pull the South out of it too.

That way, the whole country is liberated

That is why i am advocating that you promise people of Anambra to liberate them from poverty too..

I expect you to counter Obi with facts that the north is not poor; at least, that is what educated folks do, right?

But you are pissed off because it is an insult, not because it was a lie.

Go on Google and dig out facts of poverty in Anambra. It is right there, and that is Obi's backyard.

Na very simple something

You keep twisting everything as usual. This will be my last response to you.

I keep telling you I am attacking the insult part, you are telling me to counter Obi with fact .

If someone insults your entire region, won't you be angry? I don't want to make example here because I am a very sensitive person.

You people keep bringing negative statistics to laugh us. So much for a country.

Someone here brought infant death statistics just to laugh us. Can you just imagine. Infant death oh!

I expect you to know better but you join the nonsense agenda behind the Twitter Merchant.

Negative stats are facts. You really need to grow past your emotions.

Instead of you to see how bad the leaders of the country have ruined it, you are angry because someone stated it.

The last Cholera outbreak in the UK was in the 18th century. So if a British is telling me that Nigeria has Cholera, i would get mad at him?

Grow up, sir. There is no insult in stating the obvious.

We know the agenda. Like EL Rufai said when Obi came to Kaduna. We are matured people. We won't arrest you like you did to me. We will allow you to campaign.

Focus on the negatives part of your region. Hold your leaders accountable.

We know when people are showing genuine concern. Here, you are not

Leave northerners alone.

Like Obi, like supporters. Fake assess. Trying to show concern whereas they are happy.

If I find this to be insultive... Then I should be checked mentally.

Erm, Wike has done relatively well on road construction. There were roads which seemed impossible to work during Amaechi's time but Wike didn't just dualize them but electrified them.
Take Akpajo - Elelenwo - Oil Mill road for example, and what he did at Odani - Slaughter - Trans Amadi. What he did at CFC/D-Line too, all in Port Harcourt. I respect that. Calling him Mr. Flyer Over doesn't do justice to the roads he has constructed/rehabilitated. Maybe not on Akwa Ibom level for roads but I think he deserves some credit too.

The main issue I fault Rivers State on has always been the same - the gang culture and violence. I haven't derailed from this point. In 2015 before Udom found his footing, we felt some effect of the escaping culprits in small communities bordering Rivers State. Opobo Town was a hotspot too. Still is.
Plus Wike's erratic nature. It'd affect FDI.

---
Lagos has overpopulation to deal with, amongst other issues. If other state governors and stakeholders focus also on developing their states, the pressure on Lagos would reduce. But, no, let's focus ONLY on MC Oluomo, agberos, overtaxation, and impunity in Lagos, while they play blind to the destructive vices in their places of origin.

That's why Diss.Troy would continue to celebrate states and state governments gaining ranks on the developmental indices. Akwa Ibom happens to be a top 5 prominent one for years now so he focuses on the state.

There will always be exceptions but generally if you plan well and early, it ends well too.

I also assume you are around 35yrs or older, At that age 90% of these footballers have retired or on their last contract. So you are viewing this conversation from the lens of a 35-40yr old man with more insight into life not that of a 21yr old.

If you give me 1m at 18yrs, I fit use everything to buy clothes and Timberland boots. While at over 40yrs now, I might not even buy 1 shirt from the same money

Think about how naïve and "foolish" you were at 18 to 25yrs. Imagine say na that babe wey you wan die on top you at 22yrs end up marrying, or that hairstyle and clothes you used to rock

Giving you all the money you will live on for life at an age when you are still unwise and irresponsible is a major setup in life

GloriousGbola:

it is multifaceted

most entertainers are called idle rich or stupid rich - because the money just comes in. a lot of the time they are just spending with no idea what is coming in and going out, and everyone around them is running game on them until the pot is empty

this is why hammer, TLC, 2pac, bobby brown to name a few are all broke today

even the ones who try to be smart - get a banker, get investment advice, can also be fked over. sstings accountant stole 100 million from him.
nicolas cage was in debt for almost 10 years because of bad finacial advice. wesley snipes went to jail fro tax evasion also due i think to bad advice. when you see an successful r&b artisite move to gospel - it is to escape tax wahala

on top of that most of these guys are from the ghetto from poor backgrounds. a person from a middle class background has his parents in his face harassing him to be disciplined about money, manage money etc. a rich person has his parents teaching him about investment. but a person who was poor all his life is already afflicted with poverty mentality and same goes for those around him - so no one to manage the wealth

it is interesting to know that beyonces dad was fleecing her - na jayz hustler made good who figured it out.one of the reaaons beyonce is estranged from the man today.

one story i read as an example - david schwimmers mother was a union lawyer. and the guy learnt from her. when the cast of friends were negotiating, he made sure they negotiated as a group, not as individuals. so to this day, they are living fine off friends residuals.

the number of artistes or athletes that are able to maintain the lifestyle is very small. even MJ is lucky - because the man has a gambling problem.

I agree with most of these. Its not just an easy thing to put on young ones

Actors and rappers are even better some can sing and act into their 40s 50s. So the mistakes of early career can be corrected

Athletes who depend solely on their physical body, by early to mid 30s their physical strenght start to wane, unfortunately that is also the age when common sense comes

So you get a lot of money when you dont have sense, and when you start having sense, money no dey again
