What are you even talking about BVA, when inec allegedly gave expo of system architecture and enough collected data information to their campaign. Those are key informations to have if you are a computer tech team on Tinubu side. If I was the head of that team, before the elections, I would have cloned most of the bva information on states that we are focused in or at least have a set up to be ready to clone them in real time; Then, while people are voting - we are matching numbers to inec tally information, if there's enough absentee voters, I can clone their bvas and include them to my candidate vote, afterall inec is in my corner. And they even had the luxury of knowing polling units where people were focused on their polling unit result, so you can skip those areas and have someone on the ground tell you where there are little concerns. those places can be altered. Even the places counted can be altered by 20 to 100 more votes. Even if obi and Atiku wanted to electronically cheat, it would have been difficult because they don't have the inec inside information to give them an edge. Except they are getting info from the team that built the system, basically seeing the backend architecture, behind inec. Even that is sketchy, because you also have to have physical bvas to match.

Bvas is just for accreditation and computation of total valid voters ... which can not be altered remotely, even inec can't alter it from there office.
Even if you have all the datas of the polling units ahead you can't altered or guess whats on the Bvas,

What most elctorate fail to understand is, election progress are still manual, it is only the results that get transmitted electronically

The result sheet are scanned and uploaded there is no way you can altered a snapped result except you want to replace it, which can't happen becos hard copies of the results are shared between returning officer, party agent and police at polling unit. so whatever abrakadabraba you do hacking the irev will be exposed. however Inec know people like you exist that is why they delay the irev portal so that Peter Obi would not have won 36 states out of 37 ahead of the real result. The only authentic result to announce a winner remain the hard copy.

Why not google the names those people that inec gave the Bvas & server contract and come back to tell me what you think
