Hello sir
is it possible for me not to have access to my child because every steps being taking to address that has proved abortive, i would like to seek the opinion of the elders. What could make a spouse to prevent the other party from seeing his child under the Law and Child Right Act

- if the spouse is a danger to the child
- if the court ordered the spouse to NOT have contact with the child
- if the spouse is a negative influence to the child
- if the spouse is abusive to the child

also remember, if you have a child with an unreasonable spouse, then that person can use any excuse to stop you from having contact with the child.

A very complicated issues, like i have being in a relationship before the woman went away with my child, which i kept from her but she later discovered. but i did that because of series of rejection that i have suffered for disclosing that in the past

her reason doesnt matter unless if its coming from the courts

anything outside courts might be emotions, entitlement and tradition and culture beliefs

Please I would like you to explain this term "an unreasonable spouse" what parameters make a spouse to be unreasonable

unreasonable spouse is someone who doesnt make any logical sense:
- he/she uses the child as pawn against you
- he/she prefers that the children suffer, just to spite you
- he/she doesnt want to go half way in divorce proceedings
- he/she would rather you die than divorce them
- he/she is bitter because you moved on after divorce
- he/she still wants to control you (using the children) even after divorce
...etc etc etc

so she is keeping the child away from you because she just found out you had a another child before her? thats called being CHILDISH (no pun intended), as much as she has all the rights to be upset with you, using that child to punish you is very immature... as i wrote earlier, "using a child as pawn/to spite you" not knowing that she is hurting the child first and foremost.
