Please I need your assistance. I recently got mine but don't know how to put it ON/OFF. Pressing the power button only indicates the battery status temporarily and goes off. or holding it for seconds to ON the torch light.

But anytime I plug in my phone it starts charging it automatically and the battery status LEDS will come ON.

is this normal? Or I should return it?

I met 3bars on it so I decided to test it by using it to charge my phone but it all came down to 1 bar under just 20mins. Could it be because I did not charge it before first use? Or is the battery bad?
We don't have light here so I'm still waiting for NEPA to give it the first charge.

Thanks bro. I charged it and it was full in 6hrs 30mins. I believe it is another red flag because from what I have heard, this powerbank takes between 10 to 12hrs for a full charge. I used a 2A Samsung charger so theoretically it should take about 10hrs.

I am waiting for my phone battery to go down so that I can plug it to the powerbank and carry out the discharge test. But even without testing it I already know the outcome. Let me start preparing to return it.

I finally tested it this afternoon, I got a full charge from 2% to 100% with one bar lost. Although the bar dropped when my battery was at 75% but it maintained the remaining 3 bars until my phone hit 100%. My phone has a 5000mah battery.

Like how many times does it charge your phone and what's your phone's battery capacity?

Yeah, I'm using Ipp85, 30,000mah, and it's able to charge my phone that's 5500mah about 5 to almost 6 times from 0-100 without usage, and it has fast charge both for charging the power bank and phone, it has micro USB, type c and iphone port for charging the power bank. So it's pretty alright but compared to my yoobao power bank the charging speed it's pretty slow.

The capacity has degenerated alarmingly. It can barely charge my 5000mah battery upto 3 times now. And the power bank is still less than 2 months old. I only use it twice a week that is during weekends sat and sun when i am at home. Today that there is public holiday i couldn't get a full third charge from it. i charge once per day. But it died around 50% this morning.

My KidSis Uses it, honestly it takes time to charge fully,but I assure you,it's very strong,it charged like four of our phones before losing 1 bar...I got curious and had to ask her the product..But it's expensive here in Bayelsa State...it's sold 15k for the 20,000mah battery capacity.
