1) On the school's website M.Sc Public Health, it says a minimum of 4 semesters, but the course outline is just for 3 semesters, how does one go about it?

2) for example one graduates around June, will the person be able to request a transcript without the certificate?

3) what if I meet up the minimum credit unit required and don't meet up with the number of semesters (3 due to the course outline instead of 4 as stated) will the person be able to graduate?

1. The programme, for those that just finished, it was for 3 semesters.
2. Once you graduate (make it on the graduation list), u can request for your transcripts, even Statement of Result.

Not necessarily. Last year was when such happened. Other years, it wasn't that way.
