Does Public Opinion/mood Affect Court Judgement In Nigeria? by joshua442(m): 11:33am On Apr 07, 2023 |
There's this current trend in Nigeria where courts will delay delivery of judgement pending the outcome of another event that may have direct or indirect impact on the perception and mood of populace. This scenario happened during CBN VS GOVERNORS case over the Naira crisis, where the court had to delay till the end of the 2023 election to give final judgement. Do you think the same thing will play out in the LP-OBI/ATIKU-PDP VS. INEC/APC-TINUBU. And is this trend good for our dear country. Feel free to add yours |

joshua442:oga go straight to your point and stop this dilly dally,do you want court to give judgement based on a certain ethnic opinion, instead of election result or outcome.so one tribe now will surface for the whole Nigerian public.you can go to your usual aba made court for aba judgement. |

Nigeria has lost it all if we still have people supporting a court system whose judgements are based on public sentiments and opinions. God forbid Nigeria, her courts and her electoral processes... From frying pan to fire. If the courts do not uphold justice... Tir! |
