He is trying to ask if someone application has taken like 7-8 weeks, does IRCC still denied long submitted application or there is a little chance of approval if an application has taken longer weeks
He is yet to receive medical request though

I booked my flight for April (September intake). I had to reschedule to June cos I still have almost 5 months and it’s not reasonable as I believe the CBSA officers will be expecting May intake at the moment

There are applications that has used over a year and they haven’t replied yet. Some people applications spent over 4 months before they they could get any response from IRCC. Meanwhile some people got their visa approval in less than a month. My application spent over 5 months before I got a reply from IRCC. Just keep praying and you can start sending webforms if it’s passed the 12 weeks stated in their website
