1. For someone with 1995 on her waec certificate as DOB . And 2000 on his passport and transcript, what’s the best way to go about??

Will UKVI accept affidavits?

2. A friend of mine lost her waec certificate, the only thing she has is the online printout.. what’s the solution for this too..

Please someone that has been in this situation before should help out Please…

This will depend on who looks at your application. An affidavit is just a declaration; it’s your word.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am currently residing in the United Kingdom, having overstayed my visa by a period of two years. However, I am now looking to return to Nigeria with my wife, who is a British citizen, for the purpose of getting married. I am seeking guidance on how best to approach the issue of my overstay and how to present a compelling case for the granting of a visa.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Go and speak to an immigration lawyer on how to convert your status u through marriage while u are still in the uk..

If u do mistake enter naija pęręn..

Good Morning All,

Just a little background, I went for my masters in the UK and returned as stipulated in 2019. The question now is can I apply for a 2 years visa instead of the 6months visa. How much will I need to have in my account. I have about 1.7m in Naira and 4,000 in pounds. Will that be sufficient? Can I submit two different bank statements (Naira & GBP)?
Your advise would be really appreciated 🥹thank you all 🙏🏽

Yes, you can submit an application for a 2-year visa. In actuality, you are free to apply for a visa for 6 months, 2, 5, or 10 years, or any duration you wish.

I think you should be fine with this account balance. Concerning bank statements, you can provide two or more account statements from different banks as financial evidence to demonstrate your financial standing.

Are you now saying a "husband and wife" unionism is false?

Guys please I need help. My kid and I applied for visa and was granted. But I came into the UK alone because I want to hustle before bringing her. Now I don't think I am ready financially to bring her before her entry visa expires. Will it be a problem if I let her current visa expires and then re apply for her in the next 6 months?

I'm assuming you entered the UK with a 6months tourist visa right

And now you want your daughter to come to UK and both of you can stay in the UK illegally while you hustle like you said Abi

Please I need assistance from the ancestors in the house. I'm currently in London on a skilled worker visa for some months now and the company that brought me in has not been providing me with job. I've applied on indeed, linked in and many other job sites unsuccessfully. I'll appreciate anyone with knowledge of care home I can work to make ends meet. Thanks

What part of the UK are you...? And hope you are aware a B company can only offer you limited hours, (approx. 20hrs) whilst the company that sponsored you with a larger chunk of work hours wk.

First I'm in London and on the hours I can work. The rule of the visa has been updated in February to unlimited hours and as long as the person is still working for the sponsor company without specifying the amount of time. Whichever opportunity you have will still be appreciated even if it's the 20hrs. Kindly find attached screenshot from home office website

How please?? Or is it not here someone said he has a 6months UK visit visa and he does not plan to come back in 4yrs time??

I'm just trying to let him know the risk he's taking if that is his intention, meanwhile if I did not said that how would we know he has 5yrs work visa??

No you don't need to be amazed. Originality at its purest form. No time to be psychopathic about anything.
Just wake up mate, leave last year.

There are a few care homes in the South West environs, like Bath, Somerset that i am aware will readily offer you shifts. However they maybe not be able to offer you sponsorship. And your location, London-the above mentioned places sounds too unwise to advice further. But you can do a bit research on these regions and more.. All the best mate

Hello all.

Good afternoon. Please what does this mean for the UKVI appointment?

Evidence that your sponsor is not, or will not be, in breach of UK immigration
laws at the time of your visit

I will appreciate your responses please.

Hey Guys,

Can anyone analyze why my application was refused? I think they just wanted a reason to refuse me- I can’t quite understand their reasons.

TIA
