How much did your cousin show in his closing balance in the statement of acct he submitted for living expenses

Also as the sponsor, pls confirm was the funds in your account backed witj notarized later of sponsorship or you and other sponsor transferred the money to his account??

Sorry so you sure that June would not be considered too early to enter Canada for September intake Want to know so I plan when to move also . Naija don tire me Abeg. Lol
You can enter as soon as your visa is approved but with that long gap before the start of your studies they will probably ask for proof of finance at POE.
Also remember you cannot work till the start of class

Hello house.
Please, does anyone know where I can get this bag ? And what’s the name ?
Someone had posted it here before with the number but I don’t remember what page it is.

You can get it at super katangua market if you’re in Lagos. You can even get the one like this with tyre to push

I came into Canada today and Canadian immigration gave me 1 year 3 months study permit while my course is 1 year and 8 months approximately 2 years , when I queried one said that it can be extended that I will have to call IRCC. Though the workload on them this morning was heavy , lots of student came in today …. My people , I hope this won’t affect my 3years PGWP ??

I don’t think so as it’s stated in their website that “We encourage you to travel to Canada as early as possible after you receive your documents to avoid the busy travel period in late August, early September, and in early January”.

The balance in his account was #5m to cover the living expense part.
I was the only sponsor and I didn’t have to notarize my letter of sponsorship, the proof of fund was all in my account as well. I didn’t transfer anything to his account . However i paid the non refundable fee directly to school and it was stated.

I don't think it should be an issue.

Will a dollar card work?

You can extend it definitely.
It shouldn't get you worked up. Just find out the process and do it before the visa expires.

Seems like you deferred the admission after visa approval...
The immigration officer should have told you that..you should have at least 30 days before expiry to extend your study permit in canada..

How long is the validity of your passport as they can't give a permit beyond the expiry date of your passport?

Hello guys.
Im about to apply for my visa
I have a few questions

Full payment for a 1 year program
5million (CAD$14K) only in amy account for living expenses
No employment
Land documents i bought (power of attorney, receipts of payment, Survey with past 2 owners name)

Is this amount enough for proof of funds for only 1 year as my program is only 1 year and i am not employed
Is it an issue or red flag to the VO that i will be using all my savings for this?

Should i submit the land survey with the name of the last 2 owner before me or should i just submit only the power of attorney and receipt
Is that strong enough to prove its mime?

Waiting for a reply guys, thank you 🙏

I think you're over thinking the situation and getting yourself worked up for nothing. Did you state in your SOP that that's your entire savings? (I hope you didn't do that) Or can't you have more than 1 account?
Why then should the VO think so? Be positive man
