Blueelf:

LOlll

So he would go to Madrid and chop bench

It's like you don't know the sentiments of that club
That's totally up to whoever sets up his side of the contract. Madrid truly kills many talents as make them. The last few contracts of u23 players there proves that agents are now doing all to beat such nonsense predicament.

Trust me, that Madrid RW side is so so dead and that alone will make Chuks a good starter until he seals a spot.

As in eh Uncle Kog. What people don't seem to realise is that we might never again see a "high-level" technical Pure Number 9 like Ronaldo De Lima was in his days..... unless posterity show us kindness in another bad-ass similar talent that will emerge with time.

From the past (Fontaine era and pre-fontaine) till current times, there has never been a more technical pure CF than O fenomeno (The Phenomenon) himself.

Ronaldo De Lima is the Greatest Number 9 to have ever played the game. He was Freaking Everything. Freaking High-end technical, Strong, Fast, Aerially good, Awesome finisher, could link up plays, could hold up plays, could play as a #10 even, could play false 9 and still comfortably play off the shoulder of the last defender. Also could play as a mobile target man. Man is the most complete 9 of all time and I don't see any of the current strikers of this generation coming close.

Luis Suarez tried but not even him matched close enough to Ronaldo's Well-roundedness in the role.

The only area of the role where R9 will surely be surpassed is goal scoring numbers/finishing and thanks majorly to the injuries that halted him at some point.

Marco Van Basteen nko? Ronaldo was a terror!!!!

Those our delegates that year did not try at all.not even one person voted her first.

History will never be kind to them. I think that was at the height of that rubbish brouhaha in camp that year. But Perpetual should have known better. This is no Nigerian awards. This was caf and eyes are seeing what should be seen snd would do what needs be done.

All of dem carry Sapele bad belle go vote.

A similar situation was with the Oscars Nominations Commitee of Nollywood. They no get sense too. Even of my fave dey the committee. All no get sense. They obviously don't know how to play the game.

Van Basten was another beast but Ronaldo's display of talents in that role even on the biggest stage transcended Basten.

New Player Discovery Feature: Anomnachi Chinasa Chidi, Attacker/Forward.

18 yrs old Forward who is eligible for Nigeria and Sweden. Born in Sweden to Nigerian parents.

He made the bench for the 2nd time today for BK Hacken in the Swedish 2023 Allsvenskan season which enters its second round of games this weekend.

Last year (2022), he led Hacken U19s to Cup Glory and he emerged as the Top Scorer.

Watch out for the lad as he could make his Senior breakthrough soon.

How will that happen when a certain individual called Erling Haaland has more league goals (30) than Chelsea has as a team (29).

Bonkers man. Shame go catch you as Chelsea fan sef. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Some folks were of the opinion that the duo joining Chelsea will make it impossible for us to approach them..They forgot that form, not the status of the club is what will attract the attention of the English FA....
With Chelsea having a new manager next season, a lot of players may be axed from the team ... WTF? They have too many attackers

Brace for Sunday Adetunji as his side, FC Shkupi destroys Pobeda 6-0 in a North Macedonian Prva Liga fixture.

Adetunji now has 5 goals, 7 assists in 20 league games (all starts).

Very true man. You may join a big side in England but it is your showings/form that gets you that Attention from Southgate and the FA. That's just one of the reasons Saka has cemented his place in the Three lions' first XI. Lad is easily Arsenal's best player and quite unplayable on his day.

Noni and Carney are Chelsea lads whose hearts are obviously still fixed on England but truthfully as things stand, they may not even have a playing future there depending on the decisions that will be made in the summer. Loan is a possibility for both unless the incoming manager thinks he wants them as squad players coz I don't see them getting consistent starts even next season at the bridge.

I get your angle. So I guess it is safe to say we can still nab them if we approach them...πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ But again, like I said, their hearts are obviously still with England. Saka is their motivation. 😁

Well, they still have time on their side... But they should bear in mind that Chelsea is not the type of club that stays patient with players for long..they have the money to sign anybody...
At least Noni balled with the u-21 last time...for Chukwuemeka,I think the Chelsea move was premature... He doesn't even have a professional career goal to his name yet

Olise is still just 21 and won't be 22 until December 2023. So he knows he still has time. Currently with the French U21s so he could bide his time and chances to make the Senior Les Bleus. Time will tell on him.

As for Eberechi Eze, at 24 (would be 25 by June) I think the lad still fancies his Int'l football luck with England unless he keeps being ignored this year. If he isn't considered for England this year, then maybe next year or towards the year end, he might finally be open to joining us. Just Maybe. Time, as usual, will tell.

There are considerations to see if he would likely make the bench on Wednesday or skip the UCL 1st leg tie altogether. Time will tell.
