Beyond Limits football academy did a grave mistake taking only goalkeeper to a tournament, they conceded 4 goals yesterday playing outfield player in goal |

The likelihood is he won't start the game on wednesday but never rule out what 24 hrs in football can do. By the end of tomorrow, we would know for sure. orriyomi33: 2 Likes |

And it's so easy. In my head, I can already picture how I want this team set up in a way that utilises the powers/key traits/xtics of each of our players from defence to Midfield and to attack. Chukwueze needs to be at the receiving end of lines-breaking balls or passing moves directed to his wing or corresponding final third half space. He shouldn't be receiving balls in the 2nd phase of plays. He should be receiving it in the 3rd phase of plays and applying either the final blows or the killer pass or the pass before the killer pass. Meliforme: 3 Likes 1 Share |

TheSuperNerd: Final Update from Remo Stars' BLFA final showcase game of the MLS Next Generation Adidas Cup. BLFA took the lead through the gifted Promise Meliga but fell apart in the second half conceding 4 goals and lost 4-1. They lost Favour Aputaziem, their top and only goalie in Florida and had to execute the game with a certain Wahab in goal, an outfield player, who obviously has poor GK skills. Unfortunate result but they made their mark in a fine way as Africa's First ever side to participate at the prestigious MLS tournament for U15s and U17s. The Team that defeated Remo Stars' BLFA on penalties in the round of 16, Philadelphia Union U17s went on to retain the title winning the final 1-0. So Remo BLFA lost out to the eventual Defending Champions cum 2023 edition eventual champions. Kudos to the lads and their coach, Olumide Ajibolade. 1 Like 1 Share

I mean my good man, it's so obvious. And to make it worse, we don't have the midfield personnel to enable the progression of our plays into the 3rd phase of plays in the tactical manner that will bring Chukwueze and his corresponding Wing forwards into the game in support of Osimhen. JPes is cramping our lads' best traits and refusing to address the tactical needs in certain roles (or maybe not refusing, perhaps he just doesn't know). Meliforme: 2 Likes |

TheSuperNerd: Football is about doung simple things tbe right way and not allways about stars. Jp should just get natural midfielders and give them specific tactical instructions and it will click. The issue is we despise players in obscure leagues but our midfielders are not in tge top 5 leagues. Get an average midfielder in the mls or german second division and tell him to make passes to the last third of the pitch to free our forwardsn Coaching is just as important as quality of players. Ok chelsea problem is coaching and not players. An avwrage team can defeat us because if the dumbness of our coaches just lke wolves can defeat chelsea. A coach that puts rabiu ibrahim nwakali obinna nwobodo etc in our midfield will be insulted but he will be right from a tactical point of view. Such a coach will win the nations cup snd get us to a world cup semi final while guys on this thread keep saying nwibodo is a bad player. They will not see that we need these passers in midfield so tgat our nathan tella and osimhen can score. The coach that will do the right thing that seem srupid to a lot of people in this forum will succeed. In fact get victor elwtu into the team and encourage him to pass. Its about tactics not where u play. Tactics trump where u play But people will not listen 1 Like |

🇳🇬| Nigerian legend and former Barcelona forward Emmanuel Amunike has been sacked by Zambian Super League club, Zanaco FC with immediate effect, reports bolanews.co. Amunike was appointed as consultant to the club’s technical bench but through out his stay at the club, he performed coaching duties which has seen the club battling for survival from relegation in the Zambian topflight. #africangreats⚽️ 2 Likes |

TheSuperNerd, any update on what happened to Kelechi Nwakali? From what I see, he was taken off in the first half, after 30 minutes. Also, it seems Ponferradina have improved in their play. They were able to pull off a 64% possession against Leganes but conceded at the dying minutes. 1 Like |
