No big team with a young squad with their main players injured will not suffer the same luck as Xavi, especially when it had to do with defense than attack.

Xavi played Alonsobin the first leg and we still didn't lose until we played a better squad and lost, even though it was evident that it was just for show.

lol which team winger no Dey stay wide?boss no Dey talk like this, you are letting emotions cloud your reasoning. Abi you no Dey play ball? The reason players like salah are always near the 18, is because TAA likes bombing forward, same thing with Messi, he was always near the 18 because alves loved going forward, these two players I mentioned have proper full backs as support for proper link up.
In our team, na only dembele fit dribble, unfortunately no proper rb, so the whole attacking work is left for dembele so he has to stay wide. The other wing, we have two good LBs but no winger, if balde goes forward to try and attack and make something happen(especially when Fati starts having his PTSD episodes on the field) that side is empty. And we all saw how that affected us against Real Madrid in the copa del rey.
Yes Xavi is still learning, though him Dey overthink sometimesbut he is doing a good job, but me I no go drag am till he fumbles in CL next season.
