The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has described petition filed at the tribunal by Labour Party (LP) and its candidate, Peter Obi against the declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu of All Progressive Congress, APC as the winner of February 25 presidential election as grossly incompetent, abusive, vague, nebulous, generic, general, non-specific, ambiguous, equivocal, hypothetical and academic. If this really came from yakubu INEC, it is a seal that the presidential election was rigged and sold to tinubu. It is a seal that INEC was compromised. PODATTI court prayers dazed a serious blow to many. It was skilfully and intelligently packaged to test the process that produced Tinubu, test INEC and the judiciary. We are in for a jolly good ride that will correct many things in our nation and launch the new Nigeria. 621 Likes 72 Shares |

According to INEC, the petitioners (Obi and LP) did not have polling agents in all the polling units across Nigeria as they only submitted a list of 134, 874 polling agents which is 41, 972 short of the 176, 846 polling units across Nigeria. Then INEC described Mr Obi's petition as: Grossly incompetent, Abusive, Vague, Nebulous, Generic, General, Non-specific, Ambiguous, Equivocal, Hypothetical and Academic. All these in just one petition by Mr Obi. check my signature for free stuffs! 422 Likes 30 Shares

If this is what Apc and inec based their only hope while shouting on top of their voices " go to court" " go to court " on dismissing the fraud of an election on technicalities, then I must say that Nigeria as a whole is a mega Theater of Circus Lords. This is so funny 231 Likes 21 Shares |

A no case submission should be enough to throw away the useless petition. The tribunal should just dismiss the petition based on INEC and APC’s preliminary objection. No point wasting everybody’s time going into trial. 419 Likes 26 Shares |

😎 Dead on arrival. Tinubu in conjunction with Mahmood Yakubu should return the stolen Mandate for peace to reign in Nigeria. After all, Tinubu is not a Nigerian and cannot rule Nigeria by proxy. He can go and rule Kenya 😎 87 Likes 5 Shares |

One thing is clear, LP's petition is the most difficult petition that INEC/Tinubu's SANs have encountered. It took them 21 days to write this hogwash. This would have made sense if they replied the 2nd day. It's just like the case of a boastful Student who believes he can solve any question posed to him in a one-hour test. After reading the question about 10times and for shame of submitting a blank sheet, decided to start writing nonsense about 5mins to the end of the test AND even asking for extra sheet. How would it be heard that Wole Olanipekun (SAN) and 15 other SANs couldn't reply meaningfully? Imagine them speaking as judges. How can you say a petition is incompetent blablabla? Go and prove that it is. 206 Likes 23 Shares |

Now I understand the consistent attacks on OBi and LP. If you have legal eyes, you will see that both APC and INEC are seeking for technicalities in this case simply because they have no evidence to counter OBI's petition. OBi played a fast one on them by making noise about BVAS, they prepared their defense on BVAS in collusion with INEC only for PO to hit them below the belt The game plan is Hijack LP and install stooges that will withdraw the case Push for technicalities instead of defending the petition (cos no evidence for defense) Instigate a riot or civil disturbance to scatter the whole tribunal thing So Tinubu is a drug Lord true true , they couldn't defend the allegation nawaoo 151 Likes 14 Shares |

Unfortunately, it is Tinubu's SANs that were too dull to comprehend the petition. INEC matter is like the case of someone who defaecated in the mosque and went on to clean his mess with the pages of the Koran. The whole world already knows how shameless INEC is buharitill2023: 83 Likes 8 Shares |

Why not allow the court to decide? INEC is complicit as the world saw it all, hence panicky. INEC did not even defend all the iberiberism the LP is suing against but simply choose to go for the merit or demerit of Peter Obi LP application. Let the courts decide. Who also noticed Tinubu’s team initial response didnt dwelt on the accusation raised against it but rather choose the candidacy or eligibility of Peter Obi to contest election? A pre-election matter? 28 Likes 3 Shares |

Even if LP petition is dull, incompetent and lacks merit does that mean a former drug lord will be sworn ij as Nigeria's president, what on earth is happening to Nigeria's democracy 46 Likes 5 Shares |

This ocean will swallow up Obi for sure, he has never down this kind of a bigger path before. He had only won two cases as a Governor all his entire political career. Tinubu, however has won multiple cases on multiple occasions, he won more than 20 cases for Lagos State against the FG (OBJ), he won couple of cases for himself against his Governorship candidacy, more crucially, he has helped a number of helpless Governors of several states reclaim their mandates in court. Tinubu has not only won cases for himself but for Lagos State and some individuals who have become political heavyweights in Nigeria. Obi is about to experience the final nail on his political coffin. 34 Likes 11 Shares |

Where will Obi get his acclaimed stolen mandate now? His petition seems to lack merit in all front coupled with the issue of not been in LP a month earlier before the primary. That will be a huge labor loss for him I hope he won't cry again. But come to think of it was anyone thinking Obi could have won the election? I think the only thing that made him think so is the believe that all the "Christians" voted for him while the votes of the Muslims were divided into three. What a delusion. Anyway let the court decide 31 Likes 7 Shares |

In a sane country where rule of law works, for breaking its own laws on electronic voting, Mahmoud should have been in jail with top INEC officers including the tinubu former commissioner that Mahmoud put in charge of BVAS 44 Likes 6 Shares |

I'm not surprised, mere seeing those petitions by ordinary people, we know it doesn't hold water. When INEC appealed Oyetola's tribunal victory, you guys didn't know that INEC was just defending itself and what they did. Now that they have responded to the petition you submitted, you are shouting that it's obvious money exchange hands, so you expect INEC to just say, yes we were wrong abi? Dey play o, dey play. If you still think the mandate of the Nigerian president given to Tinubu can be withdrawn, you are just wasting your time. Tinubu will be Nigeria president for the next four years. He will make Nigeria better and come 2027, he will contest again and win another tenure of four years. 31 Likes 6 Shares |
