The major part of the defense will not be released until the final statutory date given to the 4 respondents, INEC,APC,TINUBU AND SHETTIMA.
By the time 4 respondents summits their defense, there will no longer be a time for LP to adjust or add to their case.
LP should be worried , cos out of the preliminary objection of APC lawyers, Peter obi didn't include atiku and pdp as party to the case, which means he can't benefit from anything because he came third position behind Tinubu and Atiku

It would have been better if INEC was a mere witness. That would have made them neutral.

Good and fine. Since he is accusing INEC of rigging the election for Tinubu, he should prove it beyond reasonable doubt. The objection by INEC is mainly based on the fact that his claims in the petition are too vague. Didn't you read their objection? Why are you pained? Don't they have the right to object to his claims?

The electoral act, as amended says, that political parties are to submit their registers, both in hard and soft copies, to INEC at least 30 days before a primary election is conducted...did Obi meet this requirement?

Did Obi not participate in the Screening exercise of the Presidential aspirants in the PDP? And later joined the LP? Isn't that a case of dual nomination?

According to INEC, the petitioners (Obi and LP) did not have polling agents in all the polling units across Nigeria as they only submitted a list of 134, 874 polling agents which is 41, 972 short of the 176, 846 polling units across Nigeria.

Do you have empirical evidence to suggest the election was rigged? Does your candidate secure 25% in most of the core northern states? If that election is conducted many times, Obi cannot win because he can't get the needed vote in the north. I'm very sure that if it was Atiku that INEC declared as winner, Obi or LP will never contest it cos na mother and daughter.

LP's petition is the most difficult petition that INEC/Tinubu's SANs have encountered.
It took them 21 days to write this hogwash.
This would have made sense if they replied the 2nd day.

It's just like the case of a boastful Student who believes he can solve any question posed to him in a one-hour test. After reading the question about 10times and for shame of submitting a blank sheet, decided to start writing nonsense about 5mins to the end of the test AND even asking for extra sheet.
