Let's not talk about the u-17 part... Remember when he was struggling at Wolfsburg? Rohr invited him to the team in 2017 despite the outcry from some fans.. Also, playing for Nigeria boosts his international profile and increase his chance for winning awards... Or do you think he would be in contention to sin APOTY if he wasn't performing for the national team too?

Napoli don't own Osimhen as much as Nigeria do... Tomorrow he can cease to be a Napoli player, but he can never cease to be a Nigerian player

I believe u understand better what inconsistency is than the Madrid bosses who are interested in him. You think they don't know him in and out . You think u know him better or understand him better because he is a Nigerian who has found his path from home to be where he is today. At every point certain decision must be made and sometimes it will work well and other time it wouldn't . Thats just how life is.

Do you think that he has been consistently oustanding in La Liga over the past 5 seasons❓

And Madrid have not put a substantive bid for him yet, whether they do or not , doesn't make him a consistent oustanding performer in La Liga.

They may indeed think they can make him one, only time will tell.

So U17 competition is an investment? grin grin

If you check very well it is likely he even paid NFF egunje to be added to the squad.

And if you checked further, you'll see that there are other players who likely paid egunje but we're omitted from the squad.. 🥱🥱

Osimhen was obviously outstanding. When you're good enough but still have to pay, it means the corruption is very gross.

U17 is not an investment, we are leveraging on talents to win cups. Only academies and clubs (due to salaries) are qualified to be seen as investors.

You're only talking because it's Chukwueze.... Mudryk that was signed for almost 100m has how many career goals? Carney Chukwuemeka has zero professional career goals, but Chelsea paid 20m for him...the transfer market is inflated, so don't blame clubs for putting excess value on their players..
Chukwueze has 37 goals and 31 assists in 197 games for Villarreal...for a winger, those are decent stats...

How many Many La Liga goals is the pertinent assessment ❓

Carney Chukwuma was an outstanding youth player that Liverpool missed the opportunity to buy. He was and continues to be exceptionally oustanding.

Why did B. Dortmund pay £25 million for a 16 year old Jude Billingham playing in the Championship for Birmingham ❓

Mudryk was over valued at £62 million, nonetheless Chelsea are used to making big gaffs with players. Timo Werner, a classic example as well as quite a few others. He has been far from impressive looks like another wasted expenses.

Your inference that , " those are decent stats " is probably true. However, they are far from exceptional and certainly don't equate to a €100 million transfer valuation fee.

A few years ago we had this chaotic brouhaha about Chukwueze, he is much better than Saka, Sancho, Vinicius, etc. It all ended with nothing.

Arnaut left Championship from Bournemouth AFC to Villarreal as a winger for a mere €25 million and scored 10 goals that season from 23 hames. And Chukwueze scored 3 from 27 games. So by comparison it means even in his team he was not the stand out performer.

He had a great oustanding performance against Real it's got him in the front shop window. It creates expectations, the next few games are pivotal for him to replicate similar performances. If not it becomes a " flash in the pan '

No disrespect whatsoever to Kvaratshelia or whatever his name is, but this is for those European media trying to put him ahead of Osimhen as Napoli's main man. Now they can see the result. No Osimhen, no party.

By the way, if the NFF can't improve our pitches to avoid unnecessary injuries to our players, I would be glad if the likes of Osimhen starts picking matches to play for us. I really do hope Napoli stops him from honoring further invites as long as the matches are to played in potato farms.

Apparently, Sadio Mane physically assaulted Sane, criticizing the German for the way he addressed him on the pitch.

Knowing Osimhen's temperament, he might want to steer clear of Munich.

make Napoli fans go sitdown abeg. It's not as if we have not been affected by injury he sustained when he was on club duty. We can also claim we crashed out of afcon early because they did not allow osihmen to come for afcon. Sad to see that he is not playing Sha

Osimhen should run away from Bayern because Mane punched Sane or what exactly is your point? 😬

If you check very well it is likely he even paid NFF egunje to be added to the squad.
Watched one interview where he said he travelled to Abuja with some other guys after he couldn't do the trial in Lagos because it was stopped or something like that. According to him, he said because of the sheer number of people at the open screening, Emma Amunike don fail am before someone on the coaching crew asked Emma to give him another chance and the rest is history. Just buttressing your point jare. Boys wey be say when they went for the U17 WC, wasn't it their set that wasn't properly kitted for the world cup sef, were they said they wore slippers to travel grin

Sane is Black.

What he meant is that Osimehn get small temper. The altercation that happened between Mane and Sane was because of utterance. Imagine Osimehn shouting (like he did against GUB) during the game, Dem fit throw blows.
You get?
