With just one month to the presidential inauguration on May 29, can the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal deliver their ruling on the actual winner of the election?

It has within 180 days to deliver its judgement and that would be after May 29. And trust me, the defendant’ lawyers would surely see to it that the tribunal won’t do that by seeking different adjournments. People should come to terms that He would be sworn in. Na Supreme Court get the final day.
