Next of kin is fluid. Meaning it can be changed anytime without warning! As long as someone retain capacity, it really doesn’t matter. I suppose, the husband wife wahala, the answer is prenuptial agreement. However many countries do not recognise it especially in Europe. In America etc prenuptial is the solution. |

BERNIMOORE: You Nigerian men should stop crying over the white man’s culture. The white man came up with those laws to protect his woman and offspring. It’s the African man that hate his woman and offspring that see those type of laws as draconian. Those laws are not applicable to you guys here in your homeland, Africa. You guys don’t even have child support laws to protect your offsprings, but you are bothered about the white man’s law to protect his woman and offspring? |

gtrust: The Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, NDIC, said that 99.4 per cent of bank accounts contain less than N500,000, which means only 0.6% Nigerian bank account holders have more than N500k in their accounts....133 million Nigerians are multidimensionally poor.....abeg, how many Nigerian men are very financially comfortable enough to the extent that prenuptial agreement makes sense? |

BERNIMOORE: Black men are the ones crying the most cos they don’t want to take care of their family. That’s why you guys think it’s targeted towards you. Most white men don’t cry because they are financially taking care of their family. They see it as their duty and are happy to do it. Black Africans should go back to their country if they don’t want to follow the laws of a functioning society. The white man don’t send you guys. |

BloomingDale:you are very wrong, Slay Queens like you always do a back check on men you want to date and that makes you lazy from onset, many instances a so called wife will just opt out not working because of the child care she receives monthly...and if the man dare says he wants a divorvce the lazy woman already have her eyes fixated on what she doesnt deserve.....I think Transferring all my income to my mother is safe...it will make the covetous woman work harder and not be a Dumb Bunny |
