This is just the crassness, incompetency and outright denigration of institutions that Mahmoud Yakubu brought to the 2023 election. How can a REC blatantly disregard counted results to announce figures from his head? Even if the woman win the remaining 10 from the 20 LG is not proper to announce how results tally or how the voters voted. I am even assuming they wants to be stupid about the declaration but look at the circus shows INEC is putting out. INEC chairman needs to be prosecuted for all these tomfoolery and mockery he subjected the country.

Because that's the mandate stealing strategy of APC.
Just get INEC to announce a fictitious result declaring your candidate the winner, then ask the others to go to court. After you are sworn in, you can then use state resources and power to manipulate the courts.
