The Adamawa is a bit confusing.

On the day of the election, APC were jubilating that they won only to see the results favoured PDP..

It's a very weird Election over there.

They cancelled some areas where APC was in clear lead due to violence and over voting.

APC was truly leading.

The INEC REC in Adamawa, Hudu Yunusa, is not the Returning Officer for the election. He has no authority to announce Binani as the winner of the election. Which is why he didn't announce any results - he just purported to declare her winner.
