Very fair considering inflation in the last four years. There should have been at least two increments

What are the likely priorities for the incoming government to spur economic growth? What companies are best positioned as beneficiaries from the renewed focus in each sector? The answer to this and many other questions would provide a good indicator of places for investors to take positions before the trains get to the station.

there will be bullish run in my own views for a while

SEC registers 5 new FinTech companies as full-fledged market operators.
โ€They comprise 2 crowdfunding intermediaries, 2 digital sub-brokers, and 1 robo-adviser."

Any idea which FinTech companies these are; not yet on SEC website.

This bad Q1 result can slow the price climb shocked. Topline Revenue dropped instead of the increase of prior quarters, while expenses increased. Leading to bottom line profit cut in half. Room for those acquiring major stakes to ramp up more shares cheaply or what. Let's see what Mr Market will do.

grin just forget that result and follow the money. You will be shock where this transcorp will get to this week and beyond

Mr TRANSCORP already opening with a bid size that's almost 2x that from yesterday's close.
Indeed there was a reason for the huge but often "opaque" vol in TRANSCORP in recent weeks.
There's also a reason the vol movement has now followed a less "aggressive trading pattern" even with a maximum price rise.
...Implying less availability.

Carefully observe the coys trade book.

Something is going on! wink cheesy grin

Again, NOT to be inferred as any sought of investment advice.

Most folks are always in a hurry to make bold assertions from a coys SPL.
Again, look beyond the SPL and take a deep dive into the SCF and BS.

Only if you saw the massive/triple digit growth accross key VPD including but not limited to the coys NCP, FCFE, CCC, CGPR, FCF and JPBG
with the 1st 2 determinant printing a 107% and 297% positive line.
For a company operating in a broadly capital intensive sector, TRANSCORP managed to achieve all this with just 4% increase in NDP from lower EFIR (debt stance) despite the jump in capital allocation... yet even lower CBR.

Hear this bro;
TRANSCORP did well at delivering value!

The days of <N1 TRANSCORP may we'll be behind us!
Perhaps there's something Sir Tony and FO need to tell us. wink cheesy cool

It is well

How many minutes drive is your new house to your place of work?

Eg living at Ketu as a tenant but working at Victoria Island, now relocating to a personal house at Ijede Ikorodu na double wahala, unless you own the business and you do less than 20 hours work per week [/quot

I'm a self employed, 5 minutes trek from house to office.

Thank you @BBM for posting this Sterling Chart, I can't find their historical prices due to this Holdco palaver on TradingView. Please can you suggest what platform (if any) I can still find this chart without the annotations. I had the same issue with ACCESS.

BullBearMkt:

@onegentleguy, your assertion from the technical point of view is correct about Sterling Bank. After the corrective wave W-X-Y, good entry will be around 1.40

From N5 per share after a 1 for 1 bonus share around 2010 to paying a total dividend of N21 per share in 2023. This is unbelievable ,

It is sustainable, but I expect more growth from Presco

Dear Nairaland community, join me as I document my journey of building a world class app. I am going to give a daily update on my progress and open to constructive criticism and feedback as I work.

Getting laid off from a job is never an easy experience, but it can also be an opportunity to explore new possibilities and pursue a passion. In my case, losing my job led me to start building a carpooling app that will made a difference in the lives of many people.

When I was let go from my job, I was devastated. I had been working for the company for several years, and I had never thought about what I would do if I lost my job. But as the weeks went by and I struggled to find another job, I started to realize that this could be a chance to take a risk and follow my dream of launching my own product.

I had always been interested in the concept of carpooling, and I saw an opportunity to create an app that would make it easier and more convenient for people to share rides. I started doing research, studying the market and the competition, and identifying the features that would make my app stand out.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was funding. I had no job, limited savings and no investors, so I had to be creative in finding ways to finance my project. I started by doing freelance work to make ends meet, and I also loans. It took a lot of effort and patience, but eventually, I was able to secure enough funding to work on the app.

The next challenge was building the app itself. I created a wireframe and worked with a designer to create a sleek and intuitive interface. I made sure to include all the basic features that would make the app stand out, such as the ability to;
- Search for route
- Create route
- Book trips
- Rate fellow carpoolers

Once the design was complete, I began working with a team of freelance developers to build the app. We encountered several challenges along the way, such as compatibility issues and server crashes. But we persevered, I was working 15 hours daily, 7 days a week and after several weeks of hard work, we finally had a working prototype.

One of the biggest lessons I learned during this journey is the importance of perseverance. There were times when I wanted to give up, but I kept pushing forward, knowing that my idea had potential. I also learned the importance of collaborating with a team of experts who can bring different skills and perspectives to the table.

The app is currently on Alpha testing, if you want to get a sneak peak before the official launch date, here is the link
