Should we expect more AC mails or move on?

If u are yet to receive Regrets mail, still there is hope. NLNG yet to send regrets mails but only few candidates receive success mail. I think there will be more success mail to send before ending this month

But before then, please be hopeful. A lot can happen before then.

Most people are just trying to sound nice to those that didn't get the mails but that aside, frankly, I don't think anyone would send you a mail this late to prepare for assessment centre starting in about 2 weeks, no time to prepare. I understand why you still have hopes as there are no regret mails yet but if you read the last mail sent for the SHL, unsuccessful candidates won't be contacted you should have moved on by now. If by any chance you do get called good but for your own mental health, move on. Just being frank, no hate whatsoever, be logical.

From the 2013 GT thread, I noticed that success mails and Regret mails came out same day.....!

This year,Regret mails where still sent to Applicants that where not shortlisted even when NLng said in their confirmation receipt that it is only Shortlisted Applicants that will be contacted..!!

So for me is 50/50

In my current role, I run shifts and I am keen on not engaging in a shift-based role again.

Don't give people false hope, there's no waitlist for now.
Waitlist comes after the AC and it's only the people that participates in the AC that will constitute the waitlist.

Don't say false, no regrets mail sent by NLNG to unsuccessful candidates. NLNG will respond to all candidates that participated in Online test.

I feel you. As soon as AC starts on Tuesday, just move on.

Hey AlphaMaximus. As Airsaylongcome already mentioned, there's a possibility that engineering Grads could end up in shift roles, however, the chances of that happening are very very very low in my opinion. Again, Jasonex has also clearly stated that business needs takes priority; so be ready adapt and fit in wherever you find yourself.

Above all of this, I'll enjoin you to focus squarely on the matter at hand for now which is your AC. Go in there and give your best. Issues of placement and all that will sort itself out eventually okay!
