Please, who knows any online or offline banking platform that allows regular fixed savings? That is, a type of savings account that allows any time savings , but would not allow withdrawal not until a specified date. Please note, this is different from "Fixed deposit account" where you'll make a one-time deposit.

I'll be glad if you can recommend a financial company that offers this service....

Basically all banks have this feature.

However some fintechs "specialise" in target savings as their core feature eg Piggyvest

Bro, they don't have that feature. In all those fintech banks you just mentioned, they always give room for withdrawal, though, with condition of losing interest accrued and extra charges.

What I actually need is a bank that will give ZERO allowance for withdrawal during the specified period. I need this to serve as a financial disciplinary measure for me because I used to find it difficult to save money.

Once you Lock your funds that's it till that specific period.
Use Their fairlock feature.
