that kvara cost napoli the game... champions league is won as a team
That guy is a very selfish player. Including Zelenski, but him own no too show yesterday.
Team play helped AC Milan win yesterday's game. All were defending and marking, no exception.

Oniovo. So one thing Nigerians are great at, is adapting to any situation. But this can also be our biggest weakness.

Agreed suffering and smiling and saying, we leave it to God, that's resignation.

Christians are expected unequivocally to have Expectation anchored on faith and therefore righteousness. Faith and expectations are an action not just passive thoughts.

We keep quite, do nothing and expect something to happen. That's the opposite of Faith.

I leave with a quote that explains it all, to me.

Exclusive: Just heard from Osimhen's camp.

He wants to keep on wearing the mask as a trademark.

Possibly for rest of career.

Branded.

Asiwéré.. AC Milan pedigree in the champions league is as good as Liverpool's.. Since their last win in 2007, they have achieved nothing in the competition.. They even missed 7 seasons of UCL football... Dey disguise..

I think that should be their first semi final in 17 years or so... yet Dem no go let us rest ontop pedigree.

few obotes here they talk mk em remain for Napoli say na big team

Osimhen hv over achieved in my opinion to earn a big move away from Naples next summer. That will be the best time for him to leave for any of Bayern,United,Madrid etc
You were ranting on this thread when Moffi would rather sign for Nice instead of Marseille. Does that make you an Obote too?

You're 100% right.

There's this aura that follows big teams whether club or international football they always seem to know how to grind out results in competitions whether or not they have exceptional players.

Yesterday was a typical example. Man for man Napoli edge AC Milan but the spirit of the Rossoneri was too resolute Baresi and Maldini would be proud.

He knows d angle I am coming from…no matter aw good a Togo team is,if we get to meet in a semifinal nations cup match,I am 70percent sure we will edge over dem cos of d “experience” of playing in dt stage over Togo who haven’t played in such a tense match b4.

Looking at yday match,u will notice Milan wasn’t dt spectacular, but what kept going for them was dt “experience “ as a club playing in such a big tense stage…let d match extend till 190minutes,Milan will still come out victorious

Napoli played their hearts out yesterday pity it wasn't to be no shame in losing to a resurgent Milan side.

Time for the Neapolitans to dust themselves off, regroup and secure the scudetto title as soon as possible.

Happy yesterday showed in clear black and white who is the REAL Tribal Chief (sorry Roman Reigns grin) in Naples!

Actually, "good" Nigerians have been doing their best to change the system especially in recent times. Just look at the way our youths participated en masse in the last elections instead of their usual "siddon dey look".

Young Nigerians fought even to the point of literally laying down their lives. At the end of the day, what happened still happened.

So, it's not just that the good people are not fighting. The evil ones in this country have so much wealth and power that the good ones cannot do anything meaningful against them.

That's the sad reality.

Osimhen na real headmaster. Even with the close marking, Milan still conceded once he got his chance.

Funnily, can't remember a headed Osimhen goal in the SE. Our set-up doesn't do enough to utilize his aerial prowess.

Philosopher1979:

Past experience is psychological. It weighs on the team even if the players have not experienced it before.
It impacts the players fans coaches everything. You need to break the psychological barrier to win competitions like that.
Eg morocco broke a psychological barrier by reaching the semi final if the world cup.
Also cameroon did so in 1990.
It takes winning mentality and a strong mentality.
Where was this pedigree when they came last season. A season they won their serie A after many years
