This has absolutely nothing to do with Peter Obi. It is basic procedure is the Federal civil service for a notice of retirement to be served on the head of an agency that is due for retirement.

Even those federal projects that the Goodluck Jonathan administration left behind for the Buhari government was not funded.

But Buhari will go and gift our commonwealth to the Turkish government, Afghanistan government without even consulting other regions of the country.

The federal government of Nigeria has been taking huge crude oil from the Niger delta region and selling it overseas for PETRO-DOLLARS with the hazard of enviromental pollution of the environment.

Yet they are not compensated in similar measures by the federal government in Abuja FCT.

The natives can not do their traditional fishing and farming activities. This is due to the crude oil exploration in the Niger delta region.

Even oil and gas jobs in NNPC, NGC, WRPC etc are taking and shared by mostly the northerners and other tribes that are not from the region.

You are wrong, if you identify is stolen, both of you will be detained until you can prove who you are but someone must have reported the stolen identity.

But this is not the case here because whoever stole his identity must have committed a crime with it, or a record of crime have been updated on his information, which means, he can be detained and even charged for the crime.
