Just be sure you enter the us before your visa expires, that is the most important thing . I've heard of people that got in a day before the expiration of their visas and they were stamped in for 6 months. So i think you are good to go.

Thank you will just go before it expires !!! 🥳

Hello, this was Oct 2019 and we applied for baby BRP after entry in the UK in Feb 2020. The BRP was issued in the UK. Didthey allow the baby that you said came back to the UK in and for how long? Normally US citizens can enter the UK for 6 months.
Ok.
Yes the baby can stay for 6 months but according to her, she was told that the baby has to be in another country before applying for his brb. I will keep us updated if there are any positive changes.
They just arrived last week of march

Got into the US via delta airlines Atlanta and it was pretty seamless.
Why are you in the USA, I went straight to the point and told him to have my baby.
How long will you be staying?
How much do you have?
Dr’s correspondence?
the conversation lasted less than a minute.

My visa expires in this month of April but I was allowed in for 6 months as no more physical stamps, check I-94 website.
My passport will be left with less than 6 months of validity by this April too.

I got this visa for holidays in May 2021 via interview renewal (dropbox was suspended then) and I used it thrice for its purpose prior to this trip, so plus this trip made it 4 times. This is my 10th trip in total to the USA also.
I hope this helps someone.

Good afternoon House!

Can anyone help with a contact for affordable accommodation in Houston Close to West Houston or Memorial Hermann hospital? I will be travelling in April at 34weeks and will be using Dr Z. I haven't decided on hospital yet because of accommodation and the prices I've been getting from birth concierges I've been talk to are outrageous. Airbnb is also expensive at this time.

Kindly help a sister. My budget is 800-1200usd(ensuite) per month.

Thanks!

good evening, please can you put me through on visa process? I also intend to use doctor Z.

By Gods grace you will. Update the thread when you do, at least the thread can gradually return to its old days when people dropped updates regularly.

Good afternoon. I can assist with doctors, cos I have no idea about your earlier questions, I also wish to know how to go about expedited date since I want to also have my babies in u.s.

The doctors I contacted at Texas is Dr Dama Zi. If you send an email to him, he would give you 3 different estimates from 3 centres.

Pls mail me on ikechukwusandraa@gmail.com so we can communicate there.

Hi, I’m wondering if you have gotten any information on this since you posted because I’m also looking for a birth hospital in San Francisco Bay Area in California which is close to where I’ll be staying. Please share with me just incase you have any new information, I’ll do the same as well. Thanks.

Good morning , Happy Eid Al Fitr!!

Please who has the current bill for Memorial Hermann Houston TX and their direct contact email. DR LA has now moved from WHMC to Memorial Hermann though his office has sent the proposed bill for Memorial Hermann but i want to try and re-confirm cz i have been hearing they have increased prices.

Also what's the latest time an expectant mother can fly international (is 34-36 weeks too late?)

Latest time to travel depends on the airline you are flying with, and I guess also depends on how strong you feel - confirm with the airline what their policy is. I travelled at 35weeks+6days on a 10hr flight 😩

LA to San Francisco is like Lagos to Abuja, forget they are both in the same state; the US is big like that. It’s 1hr 30 mins by flight, I doubt if same doctor can serve the two of us.

Why complicate records for the child this early in life; it simply means in the portion for “place of birth” what you have there is a Nigerian city…

I used the US birth certificate for my two children, it is where they are born and in the portion for “place of birth” they put “USA”. Any immigration officer insisting on NPC birth certificate does not know his/her job, meet another person. On second thought, the immigration officer could simply be referring to a federal govt issued birth certificate as against the ones given in our private hospitals here. Pls when renewing for your child, insist on using her real birth certificate…

Hi Mama, were you expressly told by the immigration entry officer at entry that baby can't apply for BRP within the UK? I will be applying shortly for baby BRP once we get back to the UK. When we applied firstly late 2019, we didn't ask anyone at entry we just entered and applied and got baby BRP.

They actually needed both the US and Nigerian one at the immigration office I did mine (Abuja)
The Nigerian one has USA as place of birth, so that works. No complications at all.

I travel at 35 weeks. Never had an issue with Delta or Air France. But it depends on your body.

Pls check pg 410, i dropped my own bill breakdown from Memorial hermann there. My own advice is that you hold plenty money. they have many hidden charges that the folks at the front desk don't know about
