Good evening everyone. Please I am new here and I need help/information concerning submission of passport for COPR. We opted to submit through courier, so my questions are:
1. Do I need to register and fill any form or VFS website?
2. Can I pay the passport transmission fee through my bank mobile app or at the counter?
3. It's a family of 4 (2 kids), will I pay the passport transmission fee for the 4 of us or just for one person since all our passports will be in one envelope?
4. Do we need to submit photocopies of our passports?

Good day all, if for instance I receive ITA, 2 weeks before my ielts expires, can I submit the new ielts test result? Is it advisable to remove the old one and just use the new one to get ITA?

If you have a new one that won’t affect your score. You can. Update to reflect the new one and add it but if not, submit asap if you have all your documents.

WES will evaluate BNSc the same but if you use IQAS, it’s evaluated as two or more. I haven’t heard of any that evaluates it as professional degree except if you have MSc

2. Can I pay the passport transmission fee through my bank mobile app or at the counter? Most accept transfers, print out evidence/receipt
3. It's a family of 4 (2 kids), will I pay the passport transmission fee for the 4 of us or just for one person since all our passports will be in one envelope? Read link below
4. Do we need to submit photocopies of our passports? If you are not from a visa exempt country, IRCC require your actual passport/travel doc to fix the visa. Can't remember if VFS need photocopies of biodata page, make 2 just in case

Search NL for "VFS PPR Passport" and you should find lots of info.

Your best bet is to contact the VFS you plan to use. They usually respond promptly and will even email you a copy of the consent form.

Seems like a bank issue. Call your bank to know the exact problem. Might be insufficient funds(maybe your bank charges a higher rate than the official rate you’re using to calculate the 1500) . The system might also just be flagging the payment if it suspects that someone is trying to defraud you. Best thing is to call the bank.

The funds are not enough, the banks charge a higher exchange rate, add another 30-50 USD.
