I swear, if Bola Tinubu somehow manages to escape accountability with all these baggages he is dragging around with him and gets sworn in as a “president” in this country, let’s simply suspend or end the Nigeria Constitution because it is just a worthless pile of booklets. 14 Likes |

A lot of Nigerians are lazy thinkers hence the reason Nigeria is the way it is. When the time is 3pm you are still stuck at 11am. Tinubu is only needed to reform Nigeria. Stop talking childishly and unintelligently as if one man can damn or rescue Nigeria. Go and get ready to lead yourselves at regional level. Regiinal autonomy and restructuring are the only way forward for Nigeria. We are too broke and too far gone in mismanagement for any other governance system to rescue and rehabilitate us. If you are ambitious then prepare for restructuring and regional autonomy. Get your mindset out of the Presidential and 'one Nigeria' system of Governance. They are finished. Circa 2013 the SW came out with the DAWN regional initiative. https://dawncommission.org/ About DAWN Commission As recent as 2021 the Yorubas still reiterated their commitment to it with what is shown below. Does the rest of Nigeria, bar the SW, want to die in poverty, stagnation and underdevelopment for fck sake? Wake up Nigerians. Let's all demand what is shown below, commit to gaining it and dedicate ourselves to making sure we use it to help us all develop optimally in our corner of Nigeria. The world is very troubled today. Economies are stagnant. Ingenuity and innovation (not doing the same discredited thing over and over) is the way forward. Nigerians, stop being mentally lazy to be expecting miracles from.mere mortals like you. Play your part. If we all ambitiously commit to what is most progressive then the Presidency will be worthless in even 2 years time. Nigerians, think outside the box for God sake. There is no messiah in Tinubu, Atiku, Obi or Kwanwaso. It is Nigerians, under the right system, who will be their own messiah. The coach is there to provide the tactics to win Real Madrid or Man City trophies and not to get on the pitch and play the match for team. 10 Likes 1 Share

sunboy: OP is a lazy thinkers and most likely a bigot or very prejudiced individual. Anyone who has taken time to study Nigeria's problem will know Tinubu is the best fit to be President at this critical stage. Virtually the whole world is in the doldrums economically. Nigeria is best placed to survive this period, thrive and embark on a development age if only we embrace the right system of governance to maximise our output capacity at everything be it proficcient education/training of our massive population or optimal commercial mining of our mineral endowment . The federal government system we have foolishly abided with for far too long has ensured no State or region of Nigeria is getting the best out of her natural endowment and socio-economic advantages. We have to ditch the conservatism that Atiku, Obi and Kwankwaso will represent. The same conservatism that has ensured central control of everything which, in turn, has stagnated Nigeria for decades. The jurisdiction Obi, Atiku and Kwankwaso have led conclusively bears out the fact non are anywhere close to being the solution Nigeria needs today. Only Tinubu's has the verified history, with how he innovatively used the endowment and resources of Lagos to make the State great, that means he can lay legitimate claim to being the reformer Nigeria needs. Tinubu has never been about 'begging bowl' governance Obi, Atiku, Kwankwaso etal are poster children of. Jagaban is never their mate. What they will not tell you and what most miracle and "change" seeking Nigerians will never take time to research for themselves is how, as one example, Tinubu was the first Governor to use funds raised on the bond market to facilitate the delivery of critical infrastructure. Today that initiative is now what all Nigerian States deploy routinely. Imagine devising innovation a while country adopted and is using till date? What madness would make Nigeria reject a leader like that, at this critical junction in our history, to go and embrace mediocrities like Atiku, Obi, Kwankwaso and co if not the prejudice, ignorance and bias killing most Nigerians? Even now, only Tinubu has promised technocratic regional commissions to create the blueprint with which every Nigerian region, to the glory of our nation, will get the best out of their natural endowment and peculiar/competitive advantages. Tinubu is too good an opportunity to miss and all those scaremongering against his Presidency, like the OP, are stone cold bigots because there is no way educated, informed, dispassionate and objective individuals can sit down to brainstorm our reality and not conclude Tinubu, because of what he has actually done and results he has delivered, is best to lead Nigeria. 16 Likes 2 Shares |

At this point the danger of not swearing Tinubu in is a lot lot worse than swearing him in ...Let's be guided ...the best time to stop his presidency was at the primaries, the next best time was at the ballots ...Even the judiciary cannot risk removing him at this point, the risks will outweigh any benefits 5 Likes 1 Share |

Only Tinubu's has the verified history, with how he innovatively used the endowment and resources of Lagos to make the State great, that means he can lay legitimate claim to being the reformer Nigeria needs. How is Lagos state great? Zero pipe born water supply Zero sewage treatment 70 percent of the inner roads in Lagos are still dirt roads Even the major road are mostly in poor condition Insecurity is still very prevalent in Lagos Corruption is very endemic in Lagos Lagos has consistently been voted the 2nd worst city in earth and yet you say Tinubu made it great? 1 Like 1 Share |

Bahdguyishere: Exactly. Smart folks are preparing for the reformist, meritoriously democratic and revolutionary path the entire world, based on his history, expects Tinubu to lead Nigeria towards. An Nkrumah plus Awolowo of our time with the steel of Sankara. Meanwhile we have extremists, bigots, terrorists and fundamentalist hijackers telling us Tinubu must not be sworn in. Based on what exactly? The redundant argument that Obi , the 8 years failure as Anambra governor, is better? Or we crown Atiku who prefers to live with his Muslim and Arab compatriots in Dubai yet wants to lead a multi-faith and multi-ethnic nation simply because he has wives from numerous ethnic groups of Nigeria? They call him unifier. What/who has Atiku unified since he completed 8 years as VP to OBj? Tinubu built and unified ACN enroute to creating the APC ruling Party. Atiku ignores Party and opposition politics for three years to show up in year four demanding the Presidency . Or should Tinubu steps down for the clannish and unapologetically pro-North fascist in Kwankwaso? We are in serious trouble in Nigeria and only simpletons will not know this. Tinubu is the man for the monumental rescue mission. Simple as that. 3 Likes |
