I was in this situation when I applied for my student visa last year. My sponsor Business wasn’t registered, we went to register the business which was done within a week, then I applied. It was stated it in my sponsor letter that the business as been in existence for over 15 years thou it was registered recently, I backed it up with sales and purchased receipt of 12, 10,5, 3 years ago plus recent receipts too

I’m thinking of applying with just sales receipt and pictures of my sponsor in her store but don’t know if that would make sense to the VO.
Also did you get your PPR ?

Yes, you can get admission into PGD with second class lower. Many third class have gotten admission too. Just make sure you fulfill the requirements of the course.

Let me be sure PGD is post graduate diploma or is it post graduate degree, right?

Yes you can, if you scroll up a little you’ll see my PPR testimony. My mum is my sponsor and I actually applied using her business receipts because her business isn’t registered. Just get a lot of her receipts and scan them (I did about 50-60 receipts, from about a year ago at least) and I made sure to explain her business in my SOP but I didn’t mention if it’s registered or not. Backed it up with her DOB, pictures of us together and a letter of financial support from her. I also made sure to use receipts with big payments like 600k-1m+.

I wish you luck and God’s favor in your process.

Sometime in January, it doesn't really matter when it was submitted anyways

I need help please !
I got my PPR but I intend applying for my husband and kids while am here so we can travel together.
But I heard it’s better to land Canada first before applying.
Please enlighten me.
Which one will be faster ?
Is there visa guaranteed ?

NOTE - I have a 3 kids and my last is 2 months old, hence the reasons for my intentions.

Ahhh
Why didn't you apply together with them?
Do you now have enough money to apply as a family?
What of hometies for them?
I am not sure if you can apply for them while you are still here.
Maybe you should send a webform....
Because I think if they start the application, it will be required to fill your Canadian address..
I'm not too sure
Let others respond.

Congratulations on your PPR. I'm happy for you

We have applied as a family last year and we were refused.
I got the idea here on nairaland to apply alone first

I feel is better to apply now, then defer and send the new acceptance to ircc.
January 2023 intakes are already getting their visa.
cadno:

Thanks alot ...But
My question is ,
I have paid for the acceptance fees, and already prepared to submit application for visa for September class , Meanwhile, I will like to defer the program to January class, the question is ...should I get the visa before deferring or defer before submitting for VIsa ??

Lol.
Okay first off, do u have enough POF for them?
Secondly, what’s ur plan for home ties?
Thirdly, it’s worth the try my sis, u may think it will not work nd then, boom! It works.
The fact that it didn’t work for mr. A doesn’t mean it will not work for u too.
U need to package a very strong nd convincing SOP, I can assist to review nd help u add some explanation to it. We will use ur new baby nd the rest as a strong reason why they should consider their application.
I have a believe it will work if u package it well, ur leverage is ur new baby plus u will need ur husband to take care of the family and support while u school.
It’s gonna worth the try!
Congratulations on ur Visa approval

Make sure your network connection is also strong on your end as many people including myself have used it and are still using it without issues. Hope you are not using an erratic network provider such as glo.
Alternatively you can use the new portal (Google search)
Thanks for the response, I’m using Mtn wifi

I just received Passport submission request for my visit visa application I submitted Oct 2022. I have gathered all my docs for my student permit application and I plan to submit end of this month.
Can my visit visa approval affect my study permit in any way?

Also guess when filling the form for if I have Been denied Canada visa, I will have to pick No.

You can go ahead and submit all the documents for the study permit. You can't study in Canada without it.
Congratulations on your PPR
