I had the same issue but without the swollen. Solution:
1. Drink a cup of water when you wake-up before eating anything.
2. Chew 3 strips of garlic a minute after drinking the water.
3. Once or twice a week get guava leaves wash and boil and drink.(optional) it's hard to get guava tree this days but I have it so I use it.

Please, discuss the possibility of thyroid malfunctioning with your doctor: hyperthyroidism mimic a lot of other health issues. Constant fever is one of them. It could even be an autoimmune disorder. I have been there. It is one of those life distabilising things. I thought I was cursed. No be say I even get money. Thank God that I'm better because I'm careful about my diet and environment. I put, garlic, ginger and lime (not the water) I just slice 1 or 2 lime in equal half and soak all 3 ingredients in water for 24 to 30 hours, then drink on empty stomach, do same for like a week. |

There was a time someone cough on me i spent complete 2weeks sick. One thing about, taking too much of antibiotics is that it kills the healthy bacteria in your body that fights off diseases for you. If I can suggest, don't take any medication or slow down with it for a while and rather try to indulge in "whole food detox". "Whole food detox" means, eating mostly unrefined/less processed food which comprises fruits and vegs to help cleans your body of the effects of the toxins (antibiotics) already deposited in your system. The reason for the whole food detox is to get your body rid of the toxins in your system while trying to build back your immune system. Also, you may not know but having gone through what you claimed here, you may be impacted psychologically such that you you may not be suffering from any thing any the moment but your mind may be playing games at you. Take some time to study yourself independently by getting a pen and paper to take record/note of what or however to feel at any moment you develop any strange feeling about yourself/healthy. I had this same experience 3years ago. Where I fall sick every week and I was always on Malaria medications. I thought I was infected with hiv or anything but test results were negative. Down the line, I started to research on what could be happening because I was loosing my mind. After couple of personal research, I came to conclusions that there's possibilities that my body was lacking certain nutrition. I started using Supplements ranging from calcium, vitamin C to magnesuim zinc among the rest.
