My PC can not see nearby bluetooth devices

Please can anyone help with clarifications. My elite book 840 G3 developed a fault. It's not coming up. The technician guy said it's the power ic. We've changed it three times. Today he's saying it's the bios. It only lasts one night.

Now, he's saying that the motherboard is failing. I should bring 100k and swap it for elite book 420 G2 with touchscreen.

My own has 500gb hdd, but he's giving me 128ssd.

Is this good? Or he's trying to rip me.

Hi guys I just format my system and did a clean OS installation but I just found out that my keyboard is not working...just only a key or two and it's malfunctioning...it was not like this some months ago before I formatted it. It might be that the Auxiliary wireless card cable is not connected that's why,it helps to extend the reach and strengthen signal.

You can check the wireless card area and see if it is connected.

I have updated the bios, change cmos battery, checked all the power management settings, changed hard disk, disconnected keyboard but it's still same.
