U need to run a biopsy to know what it really is...
There is a cancer of the blood calle HODGKIN LYMPHOMA.
it attacks the blood and weakens ur immune systems.
Tell tale sign for it is always a painless node on d neck area..

I was in this position couple of years ago.
Was always sick with infection and fever because I was infected with a virus between age 1-5 and it became part of my immune system, which became a problem when I clocked 32.
I started a morning ritual.
-Drink folic acid with a full cup of water in the morning.
- Eat an apple.
- Drink 1 litre blended watermelon and cocumber with ginger (daily).
- I stay hungry until 2pm to eat lunch.
- Eradicate added sugar and dairy products from my life.
- Don't smoke and drink alcohol.
- Exercise ( in fact, I started learning Kickboxing and Jijistu)
- Drink at least 2.5 litres of water daily (including my 1 litre blended watermelon and cocumber).
Lastly, have a positive mindset. From a family of sick people, take it from me that death comes when we accept it. If u don't accept death; your body must find a way to keep living.
Don't look at the expenses of all I mentioned. I don't earn much and I have a wife and family to take care of. I still find a way to do what I must.

A swollen lymph node does not mean cancer. It's the body's response to infections. Stop sugar intake for a week. Take a fruit fast for 3 days. Don't taste carbonated drinks for a month. Drink more water and lest see what happens after 7 days. But I would still advise you see a doctor. Mrwhite09:

I can see you have ulcer, hence you will be avoiding many food. This can as well lower your immunity.
First buy vitamin C (1000mg) and vitamin D. Take one tablet of each once every day.
I know you are being careful on what to eat, just make sure you get enough protein, minerals and vitamins from whatever you eat. You can boil ugu leave with smoke fish and eat it without eba once everyday.
Find (browse) out the food rich in vitamin, minerals and protein that your body can work with without worsening the ulcer.
Egg is very good, although some people are allergic to it. If it is good for you, 2 eggs everyday with vegetables and vitamin C and D tablets will do the magic. Good Luck. |

Try and invest in aerobic exercise, incorporate exercise into your daily and weekly schedule by register in a gym or download some workout app on app store.
