My dream Job of Six years suddenly becomes a nightmare all thanks to the new boss.

Boss so toxic, he could the the Devil a run.

Just, "Good morning sir", he will never answer you not to talk of looking at you.

It's as if I'm in the very wrong place and it's affecting my wellbeing too.
I've become a sad Nigga and my woman is gone too.

Whenever someone asks me " How was work today"?! I will just reply " Terrible".

It's never a good day at work.

But, all those shit are about to change cos I'ma Change my mind.

Nice piece
But, that solution is not applicable for all toxic working environment. Especially where people are being under paid and being harass by comments of toxic bosses.

For your mental health, its better one quit.

Some solution to many of those toxic places is LEAVING

I hate my job. The work load is much and the pay is too small plus the tfare is a killer.
I wish I can leave this job. It's more like monkey dey work and baboon dey chop.

I had been privileged to have had the best and sound-minded employers and bosses since after high school not until very recently that I made the worst decision in my career.

I took up an appointment to work in a former first lady's organization and that is where I ever got to experience the hell of heartless bosses and employers. I don't even want to mention all the ills they did to me!!!!!! Just fear an average Nigerian especially if he/she has power and is financially comfortable, because they are the most cruel and despicable beings on earth.

I do not wish even Osama bin Laden to work there!!!!!! Thank God I escaped alive.

On the morning I was leaving, my fellow colleague held my shoulder with tears in his eyes and said: ".....I am happy you are making it out alive to go. I would have left since but I need money badly because my dad is sick so I am staying and hoping the main boss dies soon". I smiled and replied, one's exit from the earth solely is God's discretion and so, I do not wish any of them death soon.

My immediate subordinate cried over the phone saying my leaving might lead to his death because I have been a kinda buffer for him there !!!!!!!

Jesus!!!!!! I wished I had listened to my partner who was hell-bent refusing me to take up the offer because he said he has a hint about the work life there from his friend who relocated to that place.
