After the Onitsha bridge was constructed, Igbo people started migrating through the bridge to Asaba and other parts of Delta State. Originally, they were not from Delta State. If they declare Biafra, they can migrate back home.

No the niger bridge was blown up to cut the biafrans soldiers already in the west away from the east to stop them getting backup and this was what lead to the defeat of the biafrans soldiers at Ore as they had no back up from the east.
