I was just scammed by a Nairaland called LordviccoDaGuru he claimed he could do unlimited free data for me which I believe since he is from here

Said he has been using it for 5 years now I sent him the last cash I have presently and he requested I recharge my line with 2000 naira which I did
He withdrawed the money from my line and borrowed another 1000 naira card
It is his manner o! In case you don't know, he is a confirmed criminal. Do you know when he started scamming people here? He scammed me too

He is obviously all these guys that register SIM cards. Those forms are photographed with those hand devices for registering since card.

You can use those devices to even track all repviously registers numbers with the full name which he did with the info the OP presented.

All you need is to send the name to one of thos kids who registers SIM they can get thi same information for you

By IP you mean internet protocol right?

I don't think you can track someone's NIN using their IP

How exactly is that possible and how did you get the scammers IP in the first place.

It's important you don't post another persons details while doing your detective job
