I don't understand why must APC supporters are saying the SE doesn't deserve any juicy positions, what would have happened to the NW if he had won?

Obi was planning to run an all-inclusive government based on competence, professionalism, bankability and expertise. Nobody was going to be relegated.

If Obi had won, he would have sideline the Yorubas, despite he didn't win he removed Labour party acting chairman and 4 Yoruba executive members and even they were removed by igbos at Asaba, Peter Obi removed Salako the Labour party chairman and the Yoruba executives in Lagos state and replaced them with igbos and South south, 90% of party agents in Lagos were igbos and South south

No APC supporter has said SE doesn’t deserve juicy appointments in the incoming administration. We have made it very clear that SE will get their fair share of federal appointments in accordance with federal character. Tinubu is a fair leader who will give every region what they deserve.

If is a conditional statement.

Not only Obi can never win the Nigeria presidency but he has drawn his region further back in attaining the position

Let Truth be told

Peter Obi sidelined even his own Anambra People just for being Anglicans and Pentecostals

with the Catholics to which he belonged being his favoured Master Race of Anambra

The Muslim Labour Party Governorship Candidate of Oyo State was completely Ignored by Peter Obi for being a Muslim

there is a video of Obi completely ignoring him and utterly refusing to shake his hand when he visited Oyo State

Does that sound like an all Inclusive Statesman?

Peter Obi that was even deporting Muslims from Anambra

Ebonyi and Imo will get something but it is not Senate President

Orji Kalu could not even help APC get even 9000 votes in all of Abia State yet he is demanding for Senate President

before Akwa Ibom that gave APC 160,000 votes

Even the Lagos State Awamaridi who won the Labour Party Governorship Primaries was Removed and replaced

With Gbadebo Chinedu Rhodes whose wife and mother are both from the SE

There is a rumour that it was Peter Obi that picked him knowing fully well he can hardly speak Yoruba

If you're in Tinubu's shoe and you are to choose between Akpabio and Kalu

Who will you support between Akpabio that won his senatorial election and gave you more than 100k votes from his senatorial district and Kalu who won his senatorial election and gave you less than 10k votes from his senatorial district

Don't forget that Akpabio supported you during the Presidential Election while Kalu supported the Cabals candidate.

Considering the fact, that we are all Nigerians, should a region be sideline in terms of appointments and holding political positions because the region didn't support whoever won the election? Should they be marginalized?

Many of nowadays children failed to know that politics is a game of give and take.

Yorubas (South Western Nigeria) had been in the opposition party since 1958 till 2015.
1958 (Nnamdi Azikiwe formed his government with the North).
1983 (Shagari was Presido with Ibos VP and positions here and there.
1999 - 2014, PDP gave Ibos most lucrative appointments except presidency.

In all of these years in opposition, marginalization was evident. However, we try ways out to prove resilience rather than whining. The peak of it was the Marginalization under Goodluck Jonathan.

Yoruba, for 56 years was in opposition until 2015.
We deserved it in 1993, but robbed by the Junta.

I think those who felt entitled to SP should go work for it.

On this one, I will advice Ibos to be calm. They will be given what is due to them but shouldn't ask for too much.
Efik, Ibibio, Ijaw, Itshekiri, Bini, Isokos, Berom, Kanuris, Hausa, Gbagyi, Gimberi and many more are entitled to any position Ibo felt entitled to too.

Tinubu won't marginalize any region, but can't be bullied into SP must be Igbo. Na, na, na.

How has south east been excluded in a government yet to be formed.
There are thousands of appointments to be made wait till then for your due share
Besides most igbos dont believe in Tinubu why do they want to be included in his transistion committee when its igbos that have been shouting stolen mandate upandan and that there wont be any inauguration....so you want him to include igbos so they can scuttle the inauguration?

First of all, if Obi had any chance of winning the election, we would have known from the start and the NW would have never taken the politically suicidal route of putting all our eggs in only Tinubu and Atiku’s baskets. Obi’s impending defeat was clear to the politically adept from the very beginning (Soludo sounded the warning)…it was only a matter of time.

Secondly, the constitution protects all regions from exclusion from federal appointments, as every state must produce at least one Minister in the federal cabinet. However when it comes to other appointments or political favors that are at the President’s discretion, you cannot reap where you did not sow.

Finally, congratulations on reaching the final stage of the grieving process: Acceptance.
