Everyone knows that no sane country or clime would release a perceived terrorist or a commander of terrorists to be freed, most especially when such individual(s) had violated bail conditions in the past. The case of Rtd Major Hamza Al-Mustapha is still fresh in our minds, he never jumped bail but OBJ government held him till the end of that government. If care is not taken, ABAT may decide not to release MNK because he will still be perceived to be enemy of the State. Supreme Court knows what it is doing, releasing such person is dangerous for a nation. 3 Likes 1 Share |
