It's invalid to apply it to kenya - because nationwide blackout - are swan events - happening once or twice a year.
They are not caused by insufficient electricity production.
We have more than enough power - and are paying for idle thermal plants that can kick in when needed.

Hmmm did well in some areas but crucially failed in the most important sectors crucial to the survival of the average Nigerian eg security and economy.
