I lost my passport in 2015,when I apply last week,I applied as lost/stolen passport,I paid 26k online,after d payment,I went to Zone D for police report and court affidavit,when I got to passport office on Wednesday,the officer that I met at registry table said my cast is different,he brought out Green file,he said I should go and buy the type of file,he said they are going to scan my documents to Abuja and I will need to wait until approval come before I can capture,he said for that process,my charging is 15,500,I disagree with him and he said that's d process, after long battle,he agreed to help me bypass scanning and lost passport processing,,he remove my police report, court affidavit and guarantor form,and he process re issue for me instead of lost passport....he collected 10k for that service,I even thank him, because I went to meet one officer Aina,he said there is nothing he can do........I guess they just started when you capture free without paying any money,try it now and see your file got missing!

that was then bro, everything have changed,the crowd is much,agents operate freely,and officers get Thier own candidates,they use only 2 system and Thier internet is very poor, before they attend to Thier own candidates, agents and people that applied online and settle them,my brother,the remaining people naaa OYO.....that Mr Bello self was nowhere to be found,I asked for him,they said he is not around!

they are not friendly with DIY,they mock us,I swear!....the crowd was to much on Wednesday and Thursday, people that paid 100k,85k,75k,45k and so on never capture,naa DIY people will now capture!if you see corruption that's going on there,you go fear!

Go to internet cafe,log in using ur application number and ur date of birth,you can download ur gaurantors form, receipt, ur application and appointment date.....Note::those documents can online be downloaded in internet cafe ...Make sure you use Google Chrome browser at cafe.....

This error means that there’s disparity between the data provided on your passport application form and NIN. I would advise you to visit the NIN office for clarification and/or correction.

One of the information you supplied does not tally with that on your NIN, it either your name or DOB.

The lady in question is married and has an expired passport but wants to process another one (in her husbands name) for herself and 2kids.
An agent is demanding 120k for hers alone citing change of name as the reason for the price.

So after getting all the required docs in respect to this and was about to commence with registration, Hanty gave me a shocker that the expired passport is missing asin (Lost).

At this point I don’t even know whatelse to do because I’ve checked thru the portal and can’t see anything relating to requirements/procedure of lost passport.

Is there any last play on this boss or I should inform her to proceed with the officer.

REQUIREMENTS FOR LOST PASSPORT

Hard copy of completed online application form.

Letter of application containing the details of the loss incident

Lost passport’s police report extract.

Report from the Fire Service (in case it is lost in a fire outbreak).

Sworn affidavit from a Magistrate or High Court (for deposed Passport).

Proof of payment.

Two (2) passport photographs (colour).

Applicant should provide Passport Number of lost Passport.

Here is the slip giving to me that day after my capturing... Because I captured on last Thursday which is less than one week now and it's that day date they wrote on the small paper with red pen. What I only notice is that my immigration officer took me to the VIP room for capturing around 7:45pm because there are still more many people waiting outside for capturing

Attached is was the filled guarantor form looks like, I had to hide the details so as not to expose anyone.

I captured on 27 February and they didn’t indicate actual collection date on my slip.
Any idea the date they’re currently printing at Gwagwalada?

ur guarantor need to sign the part where is written Thump print or signature of delearant , only signature...
