2. Yes, you can. It can be in either Parent's account but must be backed up with consent letter from both parents, birth certificate and any other applicable documentation.

It depends on the exchange rate on the day you are paying. I recently paid $908 for IHS and $468 for visa fee. I paid same for dependents.
NB: this is for a year course. You’ll pay more for two years course.

I used it to secure unconditional offer of admission already. Can I proceed to use it for my visa application? Would there be any issues to be worried about it ?

2.Your question is unclear, do you mean transfering your POF from your Zenith to Access bank?? If you do so you have to wait for another 28days minimum to print that and yes please keep the evidence of that transfer from one account to another incase it is requested for

If any of you relation still live within your previous address, they should research about any human right office, they have the tendency of initiating the process and getting it done but might require additional fee.
