There is nothing desirable about his weak play, easy dispossession, lack of pressing and poor hold up outside of GA.

1 goal every 2 games is a good output for a striker. If you add an assist every other game, your GA in a free role should be close to 1:1 at that price

Van dijk has regressed physically mehn, two years ago he would have gotten to that ball and muscled his way to safety but now he's getting outpaced by a 34 year old winger turn wing back and then embarrassed to add insult upon injury.
