I think everyone got the "under review" email. But from past experiences, PWC sends regret mail after the test to those who didn't make it past the test section.

Got the mail moments ago, It seems it was sent to all applicants.
Also, if you check the status on the career site, you'll notice that the status changed to Application received (today's date).
That probably implied they've started reviewing those that will be moving to the next stage.
