I have $33.55 in my payoneer account but can't withdraw because of the minimum amount of $50 required to transfer to my local bank account.

You were correct, Gasayi appears to have scammed me. I could not use escrow because the transaction is not up to $100.

I know what to do if my guess is right. I sent him money since money and he is telling me that the minimum amount that could be transferred is $50. OK, send me back my money, he hasn't.

How do I do it without spending money? The amount involved is just 6,600 naira. Right now, I don't have the floating cash to make a case. But I might do so later. For now, I have handed him over to God.

I said no matter how little. I guess it was your desperation to get funds, and now you don't have it.

That Gasayi needs to be reported. I read someone complaining about his scamming techniques not too long ago. Best is not to deal with anyone on this forum ever again.

So where is his money? You would have told him outright that you needed $100 and not persuading him to contact you, only for you to lock up and not fulfill your side of the matter. Why do you people always love to play with your lives? Do you think the internet forgets? Or you think people won't search you out weeks and months from now? Must you destroy your image like this?

Send him his money now or you'll live to regret this. Trust me.

That was the details he sent to me. And the name on it is the same as the name in the account I paid into. Maybe, he is using someone account to receive the money making the person an accomplice. I will go for him when I am ready. That money I sent was about the only money I had at that time. It was so painful. It's a hard lesson.

When I checked escrow online, I saw that the minimum amount for transactions they mediate is $100. And I didn't have that much.
