As a System programmer, my primary responsibility is to write, test, debug, and maintain software using C and C++.To achieve this goal, I think carefully about the input data, output format, and logic required to design algorithms and software components.


I must use efficient design patterns and apply well known practices to prevent security vulnerabilities while building scalable applications capable of running on different hardware configurations.

During execution I monitor performance metrics such as CPU usage, memory footprint, network traffic and other key indicators used to evaluate system efficiency, and make tradeoffs based upon them to ensure optimal operation across different environments.


Lastly, working with legacy codebases remains the toughest part of my job since bad code accumulates technical debt leading to increased risk as projects evolve incrementally. Learning how to refactor low quality code into something resilient represents my biggest challenge.

Breaks are 30 mins long...if you clock in and clock out later than 30 mins, you get negative points. If you arrive late to work for clock in, negative points, if you leave work early and clock out even 5 mins before end of your shifts, you get negative points. After accumulating like -5 points, you automatically get fired, and card to enter the building is deactivated LOL.

On the plus side, you earn positive points as you work, so you can earn enough to offset some negatives...so if you can earn 10 points, you can decide to take an extra day off which will cost you -10 points...nothing like I had an emergency, I lost my phone...well maybe if you can prove it to HR, they can restore your job. All the people I started with 2 yrs ago are all GONE...fired or left. I started during the pandemic to supplement my income and assist to move products. I work only weekends, and the Job on the body is HAAAARRRRDDDDD lol

Software dev hardest part is architecture design and algo, there has to be a design pattern that allows expansion and also doesn't break. The challenge is most of my colleagues can't assist, so it's left to me to research and figure things out.

Motion graphics artist. My job ain't that hard. Only problem is at times it can get monotonous and boring when working on a particular project for too long. Also the hours i spend sitting down and staring at my screen is gradually taking it's toll on my eyesight.

Asides that. I'm cool with what i do. It pays the bills conveniently

Having to feel the pain your patient is going through
