Looks good, but to what end? Police officers are still extorting, brutalizing and killing innocent Nigerians on the daily. If human lives are still worth something here, then what the Nigeria Police needs now is more mental reforms than edifices and projects that will only serve to enhance the lawlessness and indiscipline inherent in their officers.
