I have been checking on which bank i will be using for my business, however i collected form from FCMB bank.
But my question is; Is the bank business friendly? or they debit peoples account anyhow?

Just tell them you want a corporate account. - it is usually current .

You can get the 2 referees by asking your friends and acquaintances if they have corporate accounts so they can act as your referee.

Legal search is a search conducted by the legal department of the bank in the database of the Corporate Affairs Commission CAC to confirm that indeed your company business name has been registered
