All I Need In The Presidential Election's Tribunal Is Justice Served by Chimok: 9:16pm On May 06, 2023 |
If Tinubu after loosing in his stronghold Lagos and home state Osun and further lost in the country's capital Abuja with less than 25% constitutional votes, let Nigerians see how that happened. Having followed Obi's governorship campaign in 2002, the election and the post election campaigns and proceedings. I am assured Obi is going yo secure this mandate for the Nigerian people . The Presidential election tribunal commences on Monday, 8th May, 2023 and we can only hope for the best God bless Nigeria 9 Likes 3 Shares |

Chimok: It's actually up to PDP and LP to prove how it did NOT happen. Once either or both parties can do this, Atiku will either be sworn is as President or will win the subsequent run off and then be sworn in. Unless Obi has proof that at least 1million Tinubu votes were his seeing as he lost by 2 million votes. 1 Like |

yarimo:So you haven't even been following the shocking exposures? Obi got over 25% of total real votes cast in: Adamawa Borno Bauchi Ekiti Oyo Ondo Sokoto Kaduna He won the below states with wide margin, wider than what INEC announced: Lagos Imo Ebonyi Bayelsa Rivers Cross River Plateau Benue Akwa Ibom Please bro, politics aside, Peter Obi won 2023 presidential election clean and clear. INEC and APC controlled federal bodies worked together to rob him. Do not support evil so God and nature don't give you a dose of it someday in your life for you to feel how painful it is. Peter Obi was robbed, reason INEC intentionally blocked the uploading of real polling unit election results for Presidential election on realtime from polling units but allowed Senate and Reps to go through. I don't believe the same ruling party that controlled INEC to announce the winner they want would allow Judiciary to give a just verdict anyway. So I don't expect the tribunal to annul the declaration of Tinubu at all, but even as Tinubu has been selected, let us not attract negative curses upon ourselves by arrogantly saying Tinubu won when we all know he didn't. INEC intentionally pushed Obi to 3rd to discourage him and his supporters from seeking for redress in court |

Ofunaofu: This was never justice served to many of you until it now suits your narrative. He was even dubbed the Supreme Court Governor indicating that he did not meet the mandatory popular vote but here you are clamouring for a Supreme Court President. If we assume for a second that the 25% issue is determined according to your interpretation, you expect a man who had not won 25% in more that 16 to given be the mandate over the one who won in 29 states? What are you guys smoking self? |

garfield1:Are you aware that LP have party agents that collected signed polling unit result sheets right from the polling units? Didn't you see all the leaked videos of where APC cornered INEC workers and were mass thumbprinting at a private residence in Borno? Please don't act ignorant of all these widely exposed fraud, these things are all over the social media because youths were really determined to oust APC at all cost, you know this. Up till today, INEC refused to upload 100% of polling unit result sheets and even refused Peter Obi's legal team access to election materials and BVAS machine, and you think its because INEC is a saintly body or what? |

Chimok: There is no amount of wishings, power prayers, fasting, miracles and candle vigils that will fill a man's kicthen cupboard with food provisions if he sits at home all day playing video games when his mates are in the field and sweating in heat in their toil for daily bread. Such a equation violates the rules of divine intervention and miraculous breakthroughs. What Obi is asking is counter to logic and a violation of democratic principles and notion of propriety. At the root of democracy is numbers, and its framework is in civic patriotism. 1. Obi does not have the numbers needed to win the election. Mandate is just a buzzword he is using to play the mind of gullible youths. 2. He has diverted his focus away from patriotism and instead campaigning activism. Transforming his goal from political partisanship to social movement. Western countries still hold significant influence in the affairs of Africa, they will NEVER entrust an important African nation as Nigeria in the hands of a social movement. The court is just formality, Obi has defeated himself ahead of the hearings. He may get the mandate he is asking for, since thats all he wants now...but he will never get a victory or judgement. Without judgement his mandate is worth nothing. 1 Like |

franchasofficia: Have you got a link to where these shocking exposures are that shows what you listed? When did it happen and who were the people that exposed it? I know Mark Essien started collating the results online and had to shut his twitter account down because "certain people" started abusing and insulting him when the results started showing that their candidate was no longer in the lead. We need the information you have to be passed on to Peter Obi's team because they are basing their case on Tinubu and drugs plus 25% in Abuja. |
